The staff was friendly, and Greg helped us right away, making the experience fun, quick, and easy. He was extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming, and very patient with my kids’ pictures. He had such a positive attitude, answered all of our questions, and provided helpful travel information. I would reccommend and will continue coming here.”

“I came into the Seaside UPS sore on May 5, 2026 and needed a box shipped to my daughter with my soon to be newborn grandsons clothes/ other things that needed to be sent because I had an emergency here. Aaliyah at the UPS store had great customer service and reassured me that everything would get to my daughter and she would put things in a plastic bag and have everything wrapped. Everything got delivered and my daughter said it was wrapped great and everything was in tha bags that I had it in. Aaliyah took the time and did a great job and did the box great. I will definitely be going back in the future for deliveries ?.”
“Fawzi is an excellent and knowledgeable technician and salesman. He was able to assist me with printing out some pictures and troubleshoot discoloration issues. Readjusting the size and differentiating different types of photo paper by the sheen. The type of paper that I needed was not the one that was in the printer. After he changed that out, the color of my photos improved significantly. He was able to get the correct size I needed to fit the photo frames. I had. Excellent customer service! Make that man a manager!”

“This is the best post office I’ve ever been to anywhere in the U.S. Most post offices have staff who are grumpy and slow. Here it’s the opposite — the customer service is amazing, the staff are genuinely friendly and efficient. I actually enjoy—can you believe it?—I actually enjoy going to the post office. I’m always in and out within minutes.”

I have used Fed-Ex stores for this in the past but I have not always received quick & timely assistance so the cost was a bit much. Today, at this location, Charles was so helpful and friendly. I'm sure I'll need similar help in the future & I hope Charles is here.”
“This place is awesome. The staff is as quick as can be. They are very attentive, helpful and kind. Definitely the best place for mailboxes and anything mail related. The folks at fedex just across the street are nowhere near as helpful nor are the folks at the local post offices. Martin is exceptional!”

“The staff here are amazing. The other day we had a fiasco with a delivery that required a signature and somehow me missed the final notice. On the day when it was supposed to be returned to sender my wife was able to hustle over to this shipping center and the staff were patient and diligent with us. They went the extra mile to locate our package and pulled some extra strings, delaying their own timelines for shipping to make sure we received our package.
We cannot thank the staff here enough for working with us to get us our package. The staff at this location deserves a raise. THANK YOU!!!”
