I had only found this bridal shop via a Google search looking for a particular dress -- I couldn't find a sample anywhere else nearby! Desiree started the appointment with a conversation of how many dresses I had tried on thus far and what I was looking for. She pulled the particular dress I came to see as well as a few others with similarities and that were in my price range. Desiree was so professional, well-informed on the various dresses in the shop, and honestly was a delight to work with. “Marie is a literal LIFE SAVER. I called her on a whim 2 weeks before my wedding (yes, you read that correctly) with what I thought was a simple alteration and she agreed to see me right away. I was 5 months pregnant at the time and had struggled to find a dress for my intimate wedding ceremony in December but when I finally did I realized it needed some serious alterations in order to make it fit the way I wanted. After reviewing everything that needed to be done to really make it shine Marie took ample time to discuss the pricing options and if we thought it was worth it (my ceremony was only for 14 ppl on the beach in Malibu) and I plan on having another larger celebration one once my daughter is born next spring. Regardless...this woman was patient, detail oriented, LOVELY to be around, and freaking nailed every single alteration on my dress. She showed up for me big time while still having a million other brides to cater to that actually follow the proper cadence of when to get things done :). On top of the dress alterations she also made me a gorgeous veil that I could not have imagined finding anywhere else. Ladies, if you need custom work done, do not hesitate to work with Marie. She has also fixed items of mine that have been poorly altered by other tailors. She is the only person I trust to tailor my clothing. “Puga did an incredible job altering my satin wedding gown! She was very professional and kind throughout the process and I felt so at ease with my dress in her hands. She had great suggestions and executed perfectly. She adjusted the top of my dress, length, and also added a bustle for my very long train. The dress fit perfectly and the bustle was easy to tie up, looked beautiful, and stayed put the entire night of dancing. Can't recommend Puga enough!”

“I can't rave enough about Winnie Couture and their bridal specialists! Back in November I went to 6 stores and tried on over 30 dresses but didn't love any of them. I started calling around to see where had availability to try on dresses and Winnie's did! They treated us like queens! Tessa was so sweet and helpful! The last dress I tried on their was the one, I fell in love!!! Flash forward a few months and my dress came in early and exactly as I expected it to. Tessa texted me to let me know and was super accommodating with scheduling. She responds quickly and truly has the best customer service.
