“Mateo was my hero on a dark and stormy night. My windshield wipers got tangled on the freeway and stopped working, which was pretty terrifying. After several minutes of trying to wrestle them back on myself, I decided to go to O’Reilly’s to get a replacement set. Good thing cuz one was completely warped and required a screwdriver to pry off. This is the last time I’m using high school mobile detailers (who didn’t even clean between the seat and middle console!).
Anyway, Mateo was awesome, knowledgeable and even offered to help me swap the bum wipers out in the rain. He was friendly and honest, letting me know how I might be able to get a warranty in case there might be an issue with these new blades a year later (just need the invoice #). So grateful O’Reilly’s is even open late til 9pm! Great community resource!”

Oscar can check your vehicle's electrical output and they will remove and install a new battery at a cost less than the purchasing price at any auto suppliers. “I came in to have my battery tested because my car had died and I needed to get it jumpstarted earlier in the day. They immediately helped me test both my alternator and my battery to see if there were any issues or if the battery had just been drained by a light being left on or something. I was able to get in and out quickly with no appointment and have my questions answered (I don't know anything about cars). Thanks so much for the help and for being so friendly!”
