“I’ve had a mailbox at this Postal Annex for a few years now, and I’ve always been super impressed with Morgan. She somehow knows every mailbox customer by name and face—it’s honestly amazing. I walk in and she’s already pulling out my mail before I even say anything.
Even when she’s the only one in the store and there’s a line, she handles it all like a champ. She stays calm, keeps things moving, and still finds a way to be super friendly and helpful to everyone. She’s super organized and just seems to have it all handled, no matter how busy it gets.
Morgan is a big reason I keep coming back. She makes the whole experience feel personal and efficient, and you can tell she really cares. She’s awesome! This place is lucky to have her!”

I'm really shocked by all the horrible reviews for this place because Johan and the previous manager Paul really took care of all my shipping needs, especially for important documents and invaluable items. They have helped me ship items across the globe and they have all safely arrived at their destinations, unharmed, all in one piece. Yes, the UPS Store and UPS shipping is more expensive than other shipping options, but I do feel you are paying for premium service and quality, as well as a guarantee. I just made a really big move and Johan and his team made sure I got every single box within a week. Given the distance I moved, I was really shocked at the pristine condition of my belongings once they arrived and also with how fast the shipping was! Thank you for all of your help and for staying overtime with my friends and I when we were manically shipping 10+ boxes that one night!! Hugh helped me out and they went above and beyond with the customer service. They cut out my label with care to scan it properly and then taped it back on. And then gave me advice on what to do to avoid issues for the next time. Amazing. I was seriously impressed with the attention and care. Thank you Hugh!!”
“I’m getting a kick reading all of the negative posts about the “ rude staff” especially Marc. Marc isn’t rude, sarcastic yes, but he gives what he gets. If you’re polite and not demanding, it’ll all be good, if you’re rude, disrespectful or just stupid ( I’ve been in the store many times watching the interactions) then that’s exactly what you will get back.As far as Carlos and Anna, they are both very nice people, they are just trying to do the best they can dealing with the public. Anyone who has ever had to deal with the public knows this to be true.So for all of you crying about the terrible attitudes etc etc , maybe take a look at how YOU act.I’m not anyone’s buddy, just a long time customer who’s never had any issues with anyone.You get what you give folks, and as I brought up earlier, dealing with the public sucks.”

“Dillon was so awesome and helpful-went in to print a few copies of my “lost kitty” flyers and he/UPS store donated them to me to help in our search. It was so touching and in a world where people can be so greedy and heartless, he brought back my faith in that there are still really kind people out there.
Not to mention the store was so clean, organized and fully stocked as well. When I first went in there was 4 people already lined up and he was so fast at helping everyone I didn’t wait in line more then a few minutes (less than 5!) very efficient and knows his role All stores should have a Dillon!
