“I was really expecting to hear the worst news, when I dropped off my Samsung tablet for repairs. I was quoted $80 over the phone, but it turns out it didn't even need the part initially thought to be at fault. Turns out it was just a simple soldering fix. They wound up charging me only $50. And they did it in one day. Very happy with their service. I Highly recommended them. ????”
“My phones sim card stopped working, and the sim tray keeps popping up errors . Made an appointment for 1pm and got there early. 3 employees were chatting outside, so I went inside and only 1 employee greeted me, and that Employee was ADAM. He was Super NICE and asked me straight away if I needed any help. So I explained to him what my probleGF⁶ talking. WHOEVER IS THE MANAGER here DEFINITELY NEEDS to give ADAM A RAISE or at least an Employee of the Month.

“I only come to this store because of Rafael. He has always been so helpful and patient with answering my questions. He's also honest with his opinions. I came here with a broken phone and he helped set me up with a new phone and transferred my data to the new one. Subsequently, I came in with wanting a watch and he was patient with all my questions and called the Verizon line for me so we can clarify some concerns I had. If you ever need a phone or any help with Verizon, you need to go to this store and ask for Rafael.”
“First off to start Randy if you see this your the man thank you for all your help. So what had happened was, After a long long day of trying to upgrade my phone at a different store in concord I was told that the system had glitched or something and I was unable to upgrade that day and was told I need a manager to fix the error. I then was told to come all the way over to this location which ended up being my saving grace. Luckily Randy was there and he literally jumped right on it and made all the calls he needed, and got me my upgrade while providing absolutely amazing customer support and service he is the man.”

“I must say, I unfortunately don't have the name of the man who helped me the other day, only his employee ID # on my receipt. Of course, I can't post that on here. I would love to commend him! Long story short, he was very professional. I had to buy a new phone & he helped me to pick out a new phone very quickly. I cracked the phone face on my old phone (I'm a clutz). I wasn't happy with the picture quality of it,anyhow. Lol... I expressed to him that I wanted the cheapest phone with the best picture quality. He showed me 2 phones & had me set up for my purchase within 5 minutes of our interaction. Great salesperson! Of course the set up takes longer but, I'm giving him commends. He also helped me to pick out the case and a screen saver ASAP. I was wanting to get to the brass & tacks & he was very responsive, intelligent & knowledgeable of all of the products. I'm ? impressed & content. I will definitely be going back to that branch.”

I visited twice: the first time to figure out the right plan and what info I needed to have ready, and the second time to switch providers. Steven helped me both times and was helpful and friendly. He was also patient and understanding when I wanted to test the service by calling the store to make sure everything worked before I left. Everything worked and the process was easy. I didn't work with the other staff, but I highly recommend talking to Steven for honest, helpful answers and solutions. Thank you!”

“I'm giving this store a 5-star because of one of their staff, Jaime. I had an issue with my iPhone not knowing if it can be fixed without going to an Apple Store. I got inside and Jaime immediately asked me if I needed help. I told him what's going on and he patiently tinkered with the device. He explained to me what might be the problem. I was getting worried because we were getting nowhere. Then he told me to go to an Apple Store instead. Nevertheless, he tried another "trick" and lo and behold! My phone was unlocked with my passcode. I really appreciated Jaime's patience & knowledge. But most of all, his tenacity in helping a distraught person...me. This T-Mobile store has an asset in Jaime. I went to the same store 2 years ago and the staff were on their phones and didn't even lift their heads until I greeted them. This time, what a huge difference. Jaime is the best! !”
