“Restored my trust in Verizon – excellent service from Valentino and Julian! I typically avoid going to Verizon stores, but this experience completely returned my trust. I came in with a complex request: I needed to open a business account, get a new phone number, and transfer an existing number from personal to business.
Valentino and Julian were fantastic. They provided excellent, attentive service and handled the entire process perfectly from start to finish. It was a wonderful experience to have this done so smoothly. Highly recommended!”

“Impressed. They fixed my phone which I thought was initially destroyed. I had dropped it more than once over a couple years. I took it in after the final drop that yielded no screen and I had to massage it to just see the backlight. They took it for a couple hours and gave it back to me- it looks like its brand new out of the case! Amazing work guys!”

Made an appointment for 1pm and got there early. 3 employees were chatting outside, so I went inside and only 1 employee greeted me, and that Employee was ADAM. Long story short, he was very professional. I had to buy a new phone & he helped me to pick out a new phone very quickly. I cracked the phone face on my old phone (I'm a clutz). I wasn't happy with the picture quality of it,anyhow. Lol... I expressed to him that I wanted the cheapest phone with the best picture quality. He showed me 2 phones & had me set up for my purchase within 5 minutes of our interaction. Great salesperson! Of course the set up takes longer but, I'm giving him commends. He also helped me to pick out the case and a screen saver ASAP. I was wanting to get to the brass & tacks & he was very responsive, intelligent & knowledgeable of all of the products. “I only come to this store because of Rafael. He has always been so helpful and patient with answering my questions. He's also honest with his opinions. I came here with a broken phone and he helped set me up with a new phone and transferred my data to the new one. Subsequently, I came in with wanting a watch and he was patient with all my questions and called the Verizon line for me so we can clarify some concerns I had. I visited twice: the first time to figure out the right plan and what info I needed to have ready, and the second time to switch providers. Steven helped me both times and was helpful and friendly.
