Plus, you get expert advice, personalized recommendations, and friendly and prompt service. I’ve had my racquets re-strung there for the last several years and the quality of the work has always been first-rate. If you are looking for a racquet, their demo program really gives you the time to try out a variety of models, and the program fee will be credited to the cost of the new racquet you choose or to other purchases from the shop. “This Golfmart location is absolutely amazing. I believe all the workers are very happy and helpful and this makes my experience so much better. I recently just broke a clubhead from my six iron and they were able to fix it and just under $60. They were receptive over the phone And I feel like all the workers are pretty knowledgeable on how this process of repairs worked. In the end my club head was actually still pretty loose and they fixed it. Free of charge in under one day. All the workers are pretty nice and there’s also a hidden bathroom in the back that is very clean if you needed to use it. Overall, I just feel that I’m a happy customer to this location.”

“Drove in from Berkeley, and it was, without a doubt, worth the journey. Cole is so kind and knowledgable, and the pricing was quite excellent. They had everything we needed (great selection!), but more than that, it was the chance to work with a master fencer (and teacher) who is also an armorer. Why would anyone want to buy online when you can have this experience?”

“I like this Big 5. It's clean, well lit, and has a decent selection of discounted sports apparel and equipment. The staff is extraordinary here. Truly the best Big 5 staff I've ever encountered. On the downside, parking is weird. I'm not sure what exactly is the proper parking place or protocol, and so I usually just park wherever my car stops, proper parking space occupation be d@mned.”

“I had ordered some Tai Chi pants but USPS never delivered my package. After contacting Jonie Uniforms they were very fast and helpful in responding. They had shipped out a new pair of pants within an hour or so of me contacting them and they even sent them 2nd day. Great customer service and my new pants are well made and comfortable.”

“I had a complicated double overcharge issue AND the credit card used to make the contested purchase had been hacked. Even so, I got a very quick resolution to my problem - a refund with no argument. It helped that I brought all pertinent receipts, as well as both the original credit card, its replacement and a copy of the credit card statement showing the overcharges. Both the documentation and an intelligent staff member willing to be helpful were key to happy results.”

“Walked into the store and browse what's new. Fall in love with their Venice sweatshirt and Harlow tops. I needed a smaller size and asked one of the lady working there. She's about 5'3" blonde with glasses. She told me it's a sales item and that everything they have is on the rack. So I continued to shop and paid for 4 items with her. She's polite, but not friendly. While I was walking out, another sales lady approached me and asked if I'm looking for anything specific. So I told her I actually really liked the Venice Sweatshirt but they didn't have my size. She then pulled out a device and said that she can order online for me. So I waited, and then she looked at me and said they might have one in the back! She asked me if I can wait for her and I did. She came back with the exact sweatshirt I wanted and helped me with check out so that I didn't have to wait in line again. She's very friendly and professional, she CHECKS her inventory!! And she invited me to come back and shop again. Her name is Debbie. I would definitely go back and see her! Such a nice lady and I hope Athleta could keep her there because this location really is a hit or miss in terms of SA. Store is clean, selections are great. I hope the store manager will read this and improve their CS because I do like Athleta products.”
“Shopping with Justin has been awesome. The moment you walk into the pro shop, you can tell he’s had tons of experience in bowling with pictures and awards and that’s definitely what you want to see coming to a shop, especially if you’re new. Justin provided me the best options for my play style and from then on i have been getting my balls drilled from him. I have built a great business with him and have now established i guess you can call a friendship with him. Nice and honest guy, and genuinely wants you to get the best deal, and best ball for your play style. Do not hesitate approaching Justin and check out his shop!”

“This store has saved my butt plenty on many occasions. I have somehow managed to shop last minute for gifts from the holidays to this recent father's day, not to mention birthdays in between and I somehow end up with a last minute, good quality gift that my loved ones love and find useful. I am terrible with names but the gentleman in the bike department is awesome, very kind and always super helpful with finding sizes or finding an item online that might not be in stock. I just wish their women's clothing was better stocked with all sizes.”

“This is a nice small shop with mostly stuff for free diving, spear fishing, and scuba. They have dive weights for $6/lb that are nicely coated.Overall the shop is nice and the staff is friendly, but they lacked a bit of knowledge on the equipment, so weren’t as helpful when it comes to details on gear. If you are debating on equipment and want expertise, then maybe try a more dive focused shop”
