“My fiancé and I have been living at the Guild for 6 months now and we can both say that as our first place together, the Guild and its staff have been great. Within the past 6 months, we have come upon two problems in our apartment in which Bahar and the Guild team were so quick to respond and resolve the issue.
Also, Fina who is the buildings cleaning staff is such a delight to have around. If you see her around she is always so happy and singing. She always makes sure to greet you with a smile and is easy to talk with. Fina, is part of the reason why the apartment is always looking nice and smelling great.

Quick turnover time when it comes to any issues or maintenance that’s required!The apartments have good insulation as well so it definitely helps out during the colder winter months.”

“Place is good! Apartments are clean, in a nice area. I would recommend living here. Management isn’t too bad. 4 stars not 5 since there is a ton of bureaucracy and it takes forever to get big things done.
However, the current maintenance team is amazing! Randy and the team always go above and beyond to get things taken care of right away.

Orders are fulfilled very quickly, communication is always available. The leasing company staff is always responsive and kind. They even host events that focus on the principles, making the community welcoming.The building is secure, so I don't worry about strangers wandering around.”
“I love it here! It will be seven years at the end of this month. Renovations and changes are constantly being made to improve the community. SmartRent was added, paying for our laundry through our phone. Everything is so convenient now. It's pretty awesome. I will definitely moving to the community.”

“Took off one star because my apartment wasn’t move in ready and a few things had to be fixed that I discovered once I moved in. Most issues were fixed in a couple weeks. Some maintenance requests are fixed quickly others have taken a long time, some some fixes done unprofessionally. The paint job in some areas in the apartment were unprofessional/messy when you look closer, but from a far everything looks decent.clean nice building, had an amazing experience moving into the building. Bianca is an excellent property manager - she helped me lease my apartment, was patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process, from the viewing to deciding the specific apartment number/location, and then walking me through the leasing process.”

“I went there Last Thursday, April 18, 2024, to go to receive Fruits and Vegetables for free. This happens every Thursday from 10 AM to 1 PM. The line is long but there's plenty of food for everyone to receive.
The Fruits and Vegetables are very fresh, and nothing is too ripe or goes bad quickly. It is truly Fresh Fruits and Vegetables. They give you plenty for your family.”
