“Customer service is great, boutique is very clean and organized. They only have 2-3 items of each article of clothing so not a wide size range and I would say the largest size I found was about a U.S. 22 so it's not a very inclusive plus size boutique. I'm used to specialty plus size stores going up to 4-6X etc, but this one tops out at a 3x which runs more like a 20-22. The lady working was really nice and advised me to size up on a few items because they run small. I did find a gorgeous little black dress and it was on sale, but they have a no-return policy -- there was a dress I loved but needed to try it with shapewear and a strapless bra because it was made of a weird material and I couldn't tell how it would sit on me, but I didn't want to buy it and then get it home and not like it. Most items I saw ran in the $30-80 range so not bad. There is also a small assortment of jewelry, handbags and shoes. They do not have items like jeans or casual wear, this is more like semi-formal/cocktail/date night attire. Definitely worth a browse if you're in that size range and looking for those kind of clothes!”

The store’s pieces are timeless and my favorite way to elevate a look! I appreciate Lizette’s assistance. She made sure I was happy with my choice and was such a great help. “I was calling around for shoes that would stand up to Irish weather for my upcoming trip. This is the first time in over a decade that calling a business resulted in such good customer service that I decided they deserve the sale.
When I arrived, the same employee greeted me and went above & beyond to help me get exactly what I needed, in terms of both function and price.

“Bone spur better! I was suffering from serious pain in the heal/ sole of my foot. I even went to the emergency room and they took an X-ray of my foot and told me I had a bone spur and should see my primary care doctor to get a steroid shot. I talked to my primary care doctor who told me that before he would do that I needed to go to a physical therapist and do calf exercises. Until I did those things I was left in PAIN! I saw a friend who swore by these shoes. I had gone to REI to try on HOKA and ON shoes and I then purchased a pair of ON shoes online. They hurt. I sent them back. I went to the Encino Gravity Defyer store and tried on a pair, the woman there, who was so sweet, had a pair on too. She said they really provided support while she worked. I tried on two different ones, the Energiya was the best fit for me. I had to think about it. I bought another pair of ON shoes and they were uncomfortable. I sent them back. I went back another day and bought the Gravity Defyer. At first my heal was hurting still and I thought maybe I needed to return them, although they were supportive I didn't know if it was causing me more pain to wear or if I needed to adjust to the new shoe. I put in the sole pads that they provide, which gave me extra arch support and I could feel my heel relaxing. I have been wearing them for about a week now and I noticed the other day that my foot felt better! I was walking around today and I really realized it! There is way less pain. It is these new Gravity Defyer Energiya that I bought. I highly recommend them for you if you are in foot pain. The thing about these shoes is they have a soul support technology that bounces back, it doesn't squish down and lose support. They stay supportive.”
“Honestly amazing people. The zipper on my favorite duffle bag that I travel everywhere with broke and I have trip I'm going on next week. When I remember I needed to get it fixed I looked for the nearest zipper repair and found this place. I read a previous review from a woman who had a few purse zippers repaired and it took about a week (very fair) so I made sure to get here once I found them. They're a family owned business, husband and wife and they get straight to business! The owner took my bag, examined it and automatically knew what was wrong. He told me he could have it fixed that day and for only $16. Just so happy to have my bag working again! Amazing service and work - Definitely will be going back!”
“I stopped by this Vans store last night to take a look at their skateboards while waiting for my friends to arrive to eat dinner. I never been to this Vans location inside Burbank mall so I wanted to check out their skateboard. They were not busy at all for a Friday night so when I walked in, I was the only guest inside. They have some nice skateboard collection on display and also skateboard accessories. I also checked out their shoes and clothing that they had. The store isn't that big but it doesn't have to be. The staff are nice and friendly if you have any questions”
“Hours are wrong. I’m here on a Saturday at 11:44am when they’re supposed to be open and they are not. Please correct your business hours on the storefront sign and on google.

“They have a large selection, especially for people with duck feet (wide), like me.
The floors are clean, aisles are wide enough for men and the room is well lit. If you want to shop without pushy sales people this place is for you.
Lastly, the parking lot, though slightly sketchy, has plenty of stalls.”
“A country oasis surrounded by bail bonds and law offices. This is a great spot to discover pieces that suit your style without any pressure. The staff gives you space to browse and doesn’t hover, which I really appreciated.
We didn’t end up making a purchase because they didn’t have many casual boots in the right size. What you see is what you get; there’s no extra stock in the back, so sizes can be limited.”

“I visited this big 5 location for the first time the other week and found the staff to be enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable, and eager to help. The most memorable part of my visit to this store was my encounter with one of the employee’s named Cole. He made sure I felt welcomed and the we find the “perfect hiking shoe” (in his own words) together! Another plus I saw while trying on my shoes, a family with a special needs son walk in looking to buy shoes. Cole was calm, collected, and extremely patient with the son making sure to be extra careful. As a father this made my heart melt and realize what true customer service and hospitality really is. I finally finished my visit in the gun department hoping to see what guns they carried. After speaking to the manager (I believe his name was Jeff) who was also really helpful and nice informed me they no longer carried real weapons but still went out of his way to recommend me a different gun store. I look forward to coming back to this location many more times in the future!”
“My wife and I was on our way out of Westfield Sherman Oaks mall after she was shopping but the moment we walked near Journeys, she saw the Ugg boots on display and wanted to try them on. So we stopped by this store today. A worker saw that my wife looking at a shoe and asked her what size she was. She then went to the back and got her size for her to try it on. The workers here are very helpful so don't be afraid to ask any questions. My wife ended up liking the Ugg boot she tried on but we didn't purchase it yet.”

“My wife and I came into today for some casual browsing. During our 20 minutes or so in the store, several employees came and kindly asked if we needed assistance. After a little while, I realized the store closed at 7 and it was several minutes past the hour. The employees were so polite and hadn’t mentioned anything about us needing to leave due to the closing. I can’t imagine how long they would have let us browse! Very professional and kind of them.”

“Vans will always have a special place in my heart... this store is spacious, full of great personalities, and always has a selection available. Prices are okay, Vans shoes have gotten a little more expensive through the years. There's a sale rack if you're interested in clothes. They don't generally have great Black Friday deals, unless you don't mind perusing older styles that aren't as popular. Staff is cheerful and laidback here. Definitely a lot of culture-fits here. Ample parking in the garage and area around the shopping center. Store is on the second floor.”

They helped me focus and find the perfect gift. This store is five stars. Not stopping into the store for woman's clothes, shoes etc. is a big mistake. “Crown has the best quality competitive and practice shoes I've ever tried! I used them exclusively for the last few years of my competitive smooth career and now it's the only shoe I use for teaching (I love the leopard print teaching shoe). They're on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for in terms of quality and they outlast other shoes making it worth the money. Plus my feet feel better after teaching all day.”
