“I visited this big 5 location for the first time the other week and found the staff to be enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable, and eager to help. The most memorable part of my visit to this store was my encounter with one of the employee’s named Cole. He made sure I felt welcomed and the we find the “perfect hiking shoe” (in his own words) together! Another plus I saw while trying on my shoes, a family with a special needs son walk in looking to buy shoes. Cole was calm, collected, and extremely patient with the son making sure to be extra careful. As a father this made my heart melt and realize what true customer service and hospitality really is. I finally finished my visit in the gun department hoping to see what guns they carried. After speaking to the manager (I believe his name was Jeff) who was also really helpful and nice informed me they no longer carried real weapons but still went out of his way to recommend me a different gun store. I look forward to coming back to this location many more times in the future!”

“Bone spur better! I was suffering from serious pain in the heal/ sole of my foot. I even went to the emergency room and they took an X-ray of my foot and told me I had a bone spur and should see my primary care doctor to get a steroid shot. I talked to my primary care doctor who told me that before he would do that I needed to go to a physical therapist and do calf exercises. Until I did those things I was left in PAIN! I saw a friend who swore by these shoes. I had gone to REI to try on HOKA and ON shoes and I then purchased a pair of ON shoes online. They hurt. I sent them back. I went to the Encino Gravity Defyer store and tried on a pair, the woman there, who was so sweet, had a pair on too. She said they really provided support while she worked. I tried on two different ones, the Energiya was the best fit for me. I had to think about it. I bought another pair of ON shoes and they were uncomfortable. I sent them back. I went back another day and bought the Gravity Defyer. At first my heal was hurting still and I thought maybe I needed to return them, although they were supportive I didn't know if it was causing me more pain to wear or if I needed to adjust to the new shoe. I put in the sole pads that they provide, which gave me extra arch support and I could feel my heel relaxing. I have been wearing them for about a week now and I noticed the other day that my foot felt better! I was walking around today and I really realized it! There is way less pain. It is these new Gravity Defyer Energiya that I bought. I highly recommend them for you if you are in foot pain. The thing about these shoes is they have a soul support technology that bounces back, it doesn't squish down and lose support. They stay supportive.”

A pair of shoes I really wanted was not available in my size, but Mayra went out of her way to find them in my size at another WSS store which we were able to pick up. We didn’t end up making a purchase because they didn’t have many casual boots in the right size. What you see is what you get; there’s no extra stock in the back, so sizes can be limited.”
“I stopped by this Vans store last night to take a look at their skateboards while waiting for my friends to arrive to eat dinner. I never been to this Vans location inside Burbank mall so I wanted to check out their skateboard. They were not busy at all for a Friday night so when I walked in, I was the only guest inside. They have some nice skateboard collection on display and also skateboard accessories. I also checked out their shoes and clothing that they had. The store isn't that big but it doesn't have to be. The staff are nice and friendly if you have any questions”

And gave us beautiful , elegant dresses at a very reasonable price.It was also good that they have stocks at the store so I was able to purchase 3 same design cocktail dresses with 3 different sizes on the same day . “Honestly amazing people. The zipper on my favorite duffle bag that I travel everywhere with broke and I have trip I'm going on next week. When I remember I needed to get it fixed I looked for the nearest zipper repair and found this place. I read a previous review from a woman who had a few purse zippers repaired and it took about a week (very fair) so I made sure to get here once I found them. They're a family owned business, husband and wife and they get straight to business! The owner took my bag, examined it and automatically knew what was wrong. He told me he could have it fixed that day and for only $16. Just so happy to have my bag working again! Amazing service and work - Definitely will be going back!”

little more pricier like 190 - 220! truly someone that has wide feet would only understand. I went to REI and they didnt have any wide shoes in stock. My Wide Feet Store, now only sells women shoes but they referred me here!!

I used them exclusively for the last few years of my competitive smooth career and now it's the only shoe I use for teaching (I love the leopard print teaching shoe). They're on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for in terms of quality and they outlast other shoes making it worth the money. Plus my feet feel better after teaching all day.”
