“Pharmacist is amazing. I was in Friday night looking for a prescription that my pharmacy didn't have. The Pharmacist explained that the prescription could be transfered, but they didn't have it on hand. She went above and beyond looked up what other CVS pharmacy had it in stock. Got the prescription filled, I was happy.”

“I had to drive 45 minutes to get to this CVS because my normal one (Felton) kept delaying my refill with no explanation. Every day the status said that I could pick it up tomorrow. After missing 5 days, I was getting bent. Not only did this CVS have my medication in stock, they filled it for me with just a few hours notice. This was also the first CVS I've been to that actually had/used an express pickup lane, which was nice. I was able to skip ahead of about 10 people and didn't need to give multiple signatures. Just scanned the barcode on the app and I was in and out very quickly. I don't know why the Felton one can't do the same. They always make me sign multiple times even though my signature and payment method are already set in the app.”
“I really appreciate both this market and Marshall's across the street. It's not easy being the only gas and groceries provider in our small but vocal community. The owners (of both stores now) are gracious, eager to help out and open to suggestions. The standout item in the Firehouse Market is the freezer by the door filled with Marriani's custom ice cream. Thanksgiving's Pumpkin was excellent, and now there's a lovely creamy Eggnog. The Spumoni is so refreshing, while the Chocolate Mandarin is beautifully indulgent. Yes, I have my priorities set correctly!”

“This was a very clean store and the staff were very friendly and helpful to their customers. They had freshly baked cookies and other treats and the coffee was delicious, you know it’s got to be good if you’re local law enforcement goes in to get their coffee and its great that it’s a 24 hour store if you want to have a clean restroom you can always guarantee that the restroom will be clean unless they have a rush of customers coming in after they get off work and need to pick up something quick and have to use the restroom . Thanks for the customer service and kind employees that work hard in the late hours of the night and into the morning. Exceptional customer service was very nice to have received.”

“It was a rough evening. One of the pumps wasn't working quite right, and then I dropped my oil cap into the engine compartment. Fortunately for me, the excellent Hilario Mendez was behind the counter. He switched the pump for me and managed to get the cap out. He was kind and patient throughout. He even was kind when I mangled his name the first time.”
“This CVS location has an excellent salesman and saleswoman. They proactively ask customers if they need help, demonstrating genuine care for everyone who enters the store.
However, I wish this level of customer service was consistent across all CVS stores in the North Bay, especially the Greenbrae CVS. The salesman and saleswoman there seem to hide from customers, making it difficult for us to seek assistance.
On the positive side, I highly recommend the CVS at Rio Del Mar location. I hope every CVS in the nation learns from this store’s commitment to customer hospitality. It truly matters.”

“Cashier was very helpful and considerate to elderly lady that was in front of me. Lady bought slurpee's and was trying to carry them all so the clerk assisted her with a carrier and bag and helped her with the door. She was very pleasant and apologized for the delay. I thought her customer service was impressive.”

“Even though they screwed up my door dash delivery I'm still going to give them 5 stars. I ordered 1 cheese pizza and 1 meat pizza, wings and a 2 liter Pepsi. They gave me 2 cheese pizzas. Not happy but not end of the world because the pizza was good. Of course it wasn't you're brick oven or Ozzie's pizza but it was still good. The price of 1 pizza, a 5 piece chicken wing and two liter soda was less than a small cheese pizza anywhere in this town. The wings were gigantic and the Pepsi was cold. As for the staff I have to been in there previous times and the clerk always tries to save me a buck when I'm buying sodas. The manager was kind enough to lend my husband his gas can do hd could get his motorcycle started. But back to the pizza. It's a scale up a few from little Caesars for a few bucks cheaper and nowadays every dollar counts.”

However I think he undercharged me for wine so all is forgiven. To be fair, I went into this establishment looking for cheap wine, not customer service, and that was accomplished! 5 stars!”
