Walgreens is a large, clean store with a wide variety of products, including health and beauty items, seasonal displays, and photo printing services. The store offers convenient pharmacy hours from early morning to late at night, making it easy for customers to refill prescriptions or shop at their convenience. Staff members are generally very helpful and friendly; for example, employees like Mike and Ray are praised for going above and beyond, providing excellent customer service and assistance with devices or prescriptions. Customers appreciate the helpful suggestions for local businesses and the neat, organized shelves. However, some concerns have been raised about the pharmacy's reliability due to employee turnover, though the remaining staff are highly skilled and dedicated. Overall, Walgreens is a well-maintained, welcoming store that offers a variety of services and products, with staff committed to providing good service despite some staffing challenges.
Angel in the photo department was fantastic! We could have not got through it all by ourselves. This is the only place we will go to get photos done. Amber was a big help also. Joanne in makeup was a very big help to my wife as well.

I love the palm desert Walgreens. Frank is the nicest guy you’ll ever encounter. As an employer, I love to see happy employees. Frank went above and beyond to help me out. I drive 20 min to come to the palm desert Walgreens because the service and extended hours mak this Walgreens the best.
