While the aura of the local bank was lost when it was absorbed by PPB, the friendly service and great people never changed. “We have three branches of Wells Fargo Bank in Palm Springs and I've been to all three of the branches they all seem to have a very nice staff some are larger than the others one is more designed for loans and other things another one is has more in the way of ATMs and services that are available on Saturday as well. I've found it I've received good service from Wells Fargo all but a few years ago I received a loan that was not as promised and that was difficult but you know that's individual people not telling you the truth sadly that happens anywhere that you go”

“Went to this location on Ramon the other day to deposit some cash ...I use the ATM a lot go in every once in a while. I was surprised that there was at least 25 people in line on a Tuesday at around 1100 am. Atm was super busy also. From my observation it seemed more of the clientele that was making things move so slow. The tellers were very nice and the place was clean. It's kind of very sterile in my opinion...no furniture....not warm and inviting. Standing room only. But they are open and I appreciate that. Convenient since two other B of As are no longer open. Plenty of parking.”

“I see this Bank of America location, not as a bank location but as the center of the new Electrify America "gas" HUB. The architecture of the BOA building is incredible and historical as well. There are 4 charging stations for EV's here. One of the very few locations for non-Tesla's to charge their EV's. In the future, I can see, that there will be more development, in the block that houses Bank of America and a regeneration will occur. Looking forward to the future!”
