Joe made sure everything was perfect and even helped with the ruse. The place itself is stunning - covered in beautiful flowers and a lush oasis in the desert. Could not recommend this more to anyone celebrating a special moment, wedding, celebration, or just a lovely weekend stay. This place (and Joe) will always hold a very special spot in our heart!”

“Amazing space! Love the coffee shop, and the gelato place and the shops are the sweetest! The outdoors wasn’t happening cause of winter but I still loved the ambiance and the food that was available. They should stay open longer ?”
“Nice place to see a movie. The screen a wide variety of films and often have special events and themed series. Limited parking due to College of the Desert construction.”

“Great price, great room very spacious! Everything was digital which was nice so I didnt have to ask staff for anything upon arriving. Nice pool with all the amenities included and it was super close to downtown Palm Springs so lots of great eateries!”

Welcoming, friendly and proactive staff - great consistent hospitality. Modern, attractive design providing a premium experience.
Our large room was on a high floor, facing the San Jacinto mountains. Ceiling to floor window front. Bright bedroom with a separate living area, excellent bathroom with walk-in shower and great amenities.
A special shout out to the valet team for all the help.

“Jillian at the front desk was so sweet, I loved meeting her! My flight was canceled and chose Hilton because they're one of the very few hotels that offer shuttle service to and from the airport. I arrived much earlier before checkin and she found a room ready for me and I can't thank her enough! It was so stressful with a canceled flight but she made everything so great for me. I also ordered room service since I was too tired to go get something to eat and the gentleman who took my order over the phone and the gentleman who delivered to my room were both so nice as well! Thank you to everyone who I interacted with at the hotel and turning a stressful day into such a positive one!”
“We enjoyed our stay, employees were friendly, pool/hot tub area were always nice and clean, and our room was cleaned thoroughly.
I would mention that the resort isn't close to any grocery stores etc. We stayed 5 days so we used the 7 eleven across the street to save some money on drinks and snacks.
Also we had no cold water in our room. Showers were extremely hot. Probably just a temporary issue that should be resolved I assume.”
“I recently stayed here for 1 night. If it wasn't for the service and hospitality, I would be giving it 2 stars. Let's be honest the place is run down. They are really trying though. You walk in and the lobby is very cute. I loved the art collection with the kitty drinking a martini! It's very colorful. You can tell the place is old and needs some renovations but it's still fun. The hallways are pretty dingy and smell stale. The rooms are basic but the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The robes in the rooms were nice for going to the pool. The pool was pretty dirty and don't look at the bottom of the furniture. But it was fun to float around on a pink flamingo and drink margaritas! Speaking of margaritas, our check in was supposed to be at 4. We were very tired from hiking all day and also wet because it rained on our hike. We were really looking forward to checking in and showering but the room wasn't ready until close to 5:30. This was super frustrating and I would have left quite a poor review but the staff was very accommodating. They gave us free margaritas while waiting for our room and then offered $50 food credit for the inconvenience. We used it for lunch the second day at their onsite restaurant which was very good. Everyone onsite was super friendly and welcoming. We used the beach cruisers the second day too and it was great. The cruisers aren't well maintained so we couldn't go too fast but we were able to go on the nearby CV link trail and see beautiful mountains and golf courses. It was a very nice peaceful slow ride. Would I be rushing to stay here again? Honestly I'm not sure. I did appreciate the value for the price I paid and the staff was very nice, but the room not being ready to 5:30 and the general disrepair of the place didn't leave the best taste in my mouth. I did check out some other hotels downtown on my visit such as the Thompson. That one wants four times as much, so when you think about that, the Saguaro might not be that bad of a deal.”
