I had a really helpful person named Jamie help me at the counter and answered many of my detailed questions about the rental. Very helpful and kind throughout and it was easy pickup and good smooth driving hybrid vehicle (we were upsold cuz it was avail but honestly worth it).

Seamless car rental experience. The only thing to keep in mind is if you select 'Managers Choice's you get a gas guzzler (truck or the like). I ended up paying about $200 extra to get a very economical Nissan Ultima. That was a better choice at today's gas prices.
