“You know when you walk into a store, are greeted by a friendly staff member, and immediately know that person is going to take good care of you? That’s exactly what happened to me at the Skechers Warehouse Outlet. Last week was my first visit to the store. I was looking for a specific type of sneaker, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Jessica with a warm smile. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. What impressed me most was how she assisted me while also helping other customers with the same enthusiasm and positive attitude. When I was a lot younger I use to manage a large retail store, so I pay attention to customer service. I was genuinely impressed by how well Jessica multitasked by helping me, assisting others, and handling her store responsibilities all at the same time. After trying on several shoes, I finally decided on two pairs and jokingly told her, “I’ll be back.” Well, I came back! When I returned to the store today, Jessica recognized me right away. I explained that one of the pairs I had purchased fit well but needed to be exchanged for a half size smaller. She immediately checked the inventory then called another store to locate the size I needed. In the end, I decided to find something available in the store instead, and once again she gave me the same outstanding care and attention she had during my first visit. I was also greeted with warm smiles from other staff members who asked if I needed assistance. I politely declined and told them Jessica was already helping me. After spending about an hour trying on and deciding between different shoes, I ended up purchasing 3 more pairs of shoes. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. I was thrilled with my purchases, the amount of money I saved on five pairs of shoes in total and the exceptional hospitality and customer service Jessica provided. She truly made my shopping experience enjoyable, and she has definitely become my go-to person whenever I visit the Skechers Warehouse Outlet.”

“This was a lengthy process, but I'm pleased with the final outcome. Last Monday, I went to Windsor to see whether they had a coat in store that I had seen online.Unfortunately, the item was not available in this store, but the associate who working that day assisted me in placing an order and informed me that "If I don't like it after I got it, I may return it for a full refund." When my shipment arrived at my house, I was disappointed because the coat was lighter and longer than I had anticipated. So I went to the mall on Sunday to return it. However, I was told that I couldn't receive a refund and that the only options were store credit or an even exchange, and if I wanted a refund, I'd have to do it online. I was perplexed because I was told on Monday that if I didn't like it, I could get a complete refund. After leaving the store and doing some other shopping, I returned 30 minutes later to ask them again after glancing at their website. The same thing was said to me again. So I went home and tried to do what they instructed, and after 2 hours of stress, I discovered that I couldn't return for a refund through mail since the first associate printed out a receipt that I could only do an exchange with it. I then call Windsor, and Yesenia, the associate manager, answers the phone. When I explained what was wrong, she apologized profusely. She couldn't understand why no one was willing to assist me, but she promised she would. And she did. The next day, I returned and was offered a full refund for inconvenience. She and the store manager apologized once more, and I was given a discount card as well!”

“Aside from the fact that they could turn their A/C a couple degrees cooler, it is a neat place to browse n get lunch. There's soul food, Mexican food, Chinese food... lots of juice, smoothies, boba milk tea options. There's an arcade in the food court area for the kids. I got myself a backpack for $10 and some toys for my nephews at one of the many shops. Very inexpensive. Scored a Freddy Krueger doll at a specialty store too, $11 after bargaining. There's even an eyebrow threading place and an acupuncture, acupressure, massage place in the mall... or massage chairs if you're on the go.”

L.L. Bean, the Maine-based retailer famous for its boots and backpacks, is opening four new U.S. stores this year and plans to expand into the Southeast and Midwest markets in 2025. The company had a grand opening of an Ulster, NY store in April. The other three locations are coming to Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Connecticut this fall.
