“I definitely recommend this WSs over the WSs in Lancaster because over here in Palmdale. Yes it’s a little bit of a farther drive but the people hear the customer service here is great they’re very nice they’re very helpful they’re very hands-on so if you guys really are looking for a good shoe place and you don’t wanna go to Lancaster because well let’s just be real. The customer service is very rude and disrespectful. Definitely come here to Palmdale way better great customer service I do not suggest anybody go to Lancaster And the woman who help name was Mary she was awesome”

I was like yes that's my favorite too. She had a good vibe I asked if they still take those point cards from like 10years ago. She said No. but she signed me up to a new rewards program. I got helped out by a girl name Asia she was very welcoming and her energy was vibrant. She had much patience with me especially since the shoes I wanted to get my niece weren't available. “They do have a quite collection of shoes. Well organized and fully stocked. The sales associate is welcoming and helpful. She is knowledgeable about their products. I checked their Dr. AirWair Marten's display. And I was surprised with their prices. It is way affordable than the online site I browsed a day earlier. I would definitely come back and spend more time.”

“I've came here plenty of times but I couldn't find anything that I liked. They had tons of different tees and shoes but most of it are t shirts which for me I wasn't interested in. They have multiple deals but for the product I felt it wasn't worth it. The atmosphere is relaxing and I enjoy the store but just can't find anything for me”

Rachel I believe is her name the store manager always goes above and beyond even when items may not be at her location. She calls around and see where we can find it.
