“This is a great, well-stocked store. While I don’t shop here as often as my wife—who could easily spend hours meandering through the aisles—I was impressed by the variety. While she explored, I checked out the pet section and found an ample selection of toys, leashes, bowls, and snacks for our four-legged friends. They also have a great collection of wall art and prints. Even though the store isn't quite my speed, the checkout line moved quickly, making for a smooth visit. Highly recommended for pet owners and home decorators alike.”

“Over the course of 1.5 hours, having several different kind of conversations, searching interent for price-match opportunities with 60-mile radius!! I heard various sales pitches as to why I should buy 3 or 5-year warranties, escalated to national customer service over errant 11.25% Retail Tax applied to DELIVERY Service! The sales rep blamed the computer system for applying sales tax to DELIVERY and would do nothing to fix it.
The in-house customer service inserted itself. I had to wait until the national customer service released the transaction for the local customer service to apply any corrective action.
I was able to amalgamate a few discounts that made the wait worth-wild; however very stressful and time-consuming. Buyer beware; understand your Invoice charges; represent yourself to resolved issuesz because the commission-based sales team will not.”
