“Craft Overload!! And soooo many seasonal decor options. Enter with good self control or you will go broke...lol. Honestly Hobby Lobby is awesome and this store is always clean and well stocked. The staff are super helpful and friendly too.”

“Over the course of 1.5 hours, having several different kind of conversations, searching interent for price-match opportunities with 60-mile radius!! I heard various sales pitches as to why I should buy 3 or 5-year warranties, escalated to national customer service over errant 11.25% Retail Tax applied to DELIVERY Service! The sales rep blamed the computer system for applying sales tax to DELIVERY and would do nothing to fix it.
The in-house customer service inserted itself. I had to wait until the national customer service released the transaction for the local customer service to apply any corrective action.
I was able to amalgamate a few discounts that made the wait worth-wild; however very stressful and time-consuming. Buyer beware; understand your Invoice charges; represent yourself to resolved issuesz because the commission-based sales team will not.”

“Tristan was amazing. Super helpful and explained all the Sleep Number options. Was patient while we reviewed the options ultimately choose the Comfort Lux. I would highly suggest if you visit the Palmdale Location you ask for Tristan but honestly all the sales associates were super helpful so any one of them would offer excellent service.”
