“I am editing this post from a one star to a five star. We came here again to take shelter from a winter storm. The staff was friendly. Offering an upgrade for my larger family and making sure that we were comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and the room was well maintained. I will definitely be coming here again if we are in need of a place to stay. Highly recommend.”

“Stayed here for one night since we didn't want to drive back to LA after a party. Rooms are very nice, cleaned and eco friendly. Staff is very friendly especially Inez who is the breakfast attendant. She went above and beyond with the guest experience.”

“Noise: We’ve stayed here twice and enjoyed it- IF, and only IF our room is placed on the north east side away from the freeway. The hotel is directly next to a busy freeway and it’s quite loud. Then A/C fans inside the units are quite loud as well but tolerable with ear plugs. My door wouldn’t lock so that seemed odd. We were able to change rooms.

Benefits: They have free electric car charging stations. We used them and they were faster than we expected. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious. The units are clean. Breakfast is complementary.

Staff was helpful when moving me to another room due to freeway noise.”

“I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Palmdale, and I have to say, it was a solid experience. I was in town for a couple of days for work, and this hotel turned out to be a great choice.

Check-in was smooth. The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long. I was impressed with how clean and modern the lobby looked—definitely had a fresh, updated vibe that made a good first impression.

My room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was super cozy, and the pillows were perfect for a good night’s sleep (always a win). I also liked that the room had a mini-fridge and a microwave, which came in handy for storing snacks and heating up leftovers. The work desk was set up nicely, making it easy to get some work done when needed.

One of the highlights for me was the outdoor courtyard area. It’s a great spot to relax, especially if you want to get some fresh air or unwind in the evening. There’s also a small pool and a fitness center, though I didn’t have time to use them.

Location-wise, it’s convenient. It’s near restaurants and shopping, but still far enough from the highway that it was quiet and peaceful. I did notice a little noise from the hallways and nearby rooms, but it wasn’t anything that kept me up at night.”

“It seems to be a fairly new hotel. We chose to stay here due to the indoor pool & spa. A couple of issues: First the sign on the sixth floor did not show Room 600. The sign started with room 601. We should have been told when we checked in that Room 600 is not shown on the sign and it is at the very end of the hall past room 602. Or the sign should be corrected. Second the room key cards failed to work in the card scanners not only at our room also at the pool door. We had the cards replaced and still had problems. Twice we had to call the front desk to have someone come and open a door for us.
The good stuff: the hotel lobby is beautifully decorated. Lots of comfortable seating areas for small or large groups. The food choices at the morning breakfast is great, including fresh made omelettes. Everything tasted great and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Especially Dulce who took great care of us and our granddaughter.
The pool area is spacious with a large pool (not heated) the spa is very noisy I think the water level was low so the jet noise was louder than it should be. The gym had just the right type of equipment for cardio & strength training. Within a couple of miles there are lots of fast food restaurants to choose from. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we Stay here again.”

“Exceptional Service from Levi at the Front Desk.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree this weekend and I must say, the experience was truly remarkable, predominantly due to the outstanding service provided by one particular staff member, Levi, at the front desk.
From the moment we walked in, He greeted us with a warm smile and an eagerness to assist. His professionalism and friendly demeanor immediately set the tone for our stay. It’s not every day that you come across someone who genuinely seems to enjoy their job, and passion for providing excellent customer service was apparent !!!

Rooms: Very clean rooms the bedding was warm and comfy. The restrooms have full size shampoos, conditioners , bodywash , and lotion bottles. The rooms are big with blackout curtains, they have AC , small fridge, Safe , and also a small dinning table with fancy confortable. Chairs.

Food and drinks: They have breakfast buffet at the hotel for under $16 , accross the street there is mexican restaurant, AmPm gas station and del taco.”

“Due to the nature of my work, I typically have no idea where I'm going to stay the next night. After getting exhausted browsing Google Maps for hotels in the SoCal area, I found this hotel, booked it quickly, and went on about my day.

I had never been to Palmdale, and honestly I probably (and hopefully) will never come back. But this hotel is great. It's clean, comfortable, the staff is super nice, there's *great* breakfast, a suitable gym, and solid laundry services. I wish every hotel I stayed in was as pleasant as this one. I'd recommend this place to anyone.”

“I travel to palmdale alot and this by far is my favorite hotel. Clean. Comfortable. Big rooms. Friendly staff. Shout out to Allegra at the front desk who was super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the free appetizers and breakfast. Great place to stay if youre in the area.”

“This is a budget motel that's worth staying in. The front is always ready to help and really try to accommodate your needs and that's a whole lot more than I can say for other budget motels that charge twice what I pay here. I've stayed at least 9 times and the rooms are always clean well stocked with soft beds to sleep in. For a good night's sleep without spending an arm and leg pull in here folks!
