Before I went to this branch, I visited the location on South Mathilda Avenue and had a disappointing experience where my issue remained unresolved. However, when I visited this Mountain View branch, Laura helped me investigate my problems thoroughly, made several calls to gather more information and proposed solutions for my problems. Brenda later offered solutions that eventually fixed one of the problems, a big one, for me. I’m incredibly grateful for their help and apologize for the delayed appreciation!”

“I had an excellent experience working with Amir Zakeri at Wells Fargo. Communicating with him was incredibly easy. I only needed a few sentences and he immediately understood what had happened, what I needed, and what I was concerned about. That level of clarity and efficiency is rare.
He spent several hours helping me resolve a previous account issue with great patience and attention to detail. When assisting me with opening a new account, he was extremely thorough, walking me through small but important details, such as how to set up the virtual card display properly and how to avoid unnecessary fees. He also made sure we received the best possible new account promotion available.

“Big shout out to Phuong and team here for their excellent service! I had been out of country for over 5 years and all my banking accounts were dormant. I needed to make an urgent deposit to hold a place and team here really came through in helping my banking get up and running in no time. They initially let me know it takes atleast one business day for activations but understanding my situation, Phuong made several calls and worked with her team and got everything set up in an hour. “7/18/19 Met Alex at this Miramonte branch in Mountain View. He introduced me to Kevin who is the Mortgage Consultant. Alex mentioned that he is in charge of Heloc but he recommended I also speak to Kevin which I did. 7/20/19 It's Saturday today so I will give them till Monday to respond to my email and see if they can help me with my needs for a Jumbo Home Refi for a Primary Home in Los Altos and a Second Home in San Francisco. More update next week.”

“I see lot of negative reviews. My experience has been positive. May be only the customers who had bad experience take the effort to post a review. There were two tellers doing a decent job and I was served well. There's also another employee asking each customer in the que what their requirements are and offered to help if possible with out going to the tellers, which was a nice touch.”
