“Wow, what a great bank for small business! Applying for the PPP loan for help during Covid19 crisis was a mad rush of emails, documenting and phone calls. My loan representative Alda as phenomenal. She’s taking my calls from early am to late at night helping me to get things submitted. Really never had such over the top service. She used the staff and manager of the San Jose Branch to fill in the loopholes in my questions. April, Chinnerah and Elizabeth are always a delight to interact with. Alex mentioned that he is in charge of Heloc but he recommended I also speak to Kevin which I did. 7/20/19 It's Saturday today so I will give them till Monday to respond to my email and see if they can help me with my needs for a Jumbo Home Refi for a Primary Home in Los Altos and a Second Home in San Francisco. “Big shout out to Phuong and team here for their excellent service! I had been out of country for over 5 years and all my banking accounts were dormant. I needed to make an urgent deposit to hold a place and team here really came through in helping my banking get up and running in no time. They initially let me know it takes atleast one business day for activations but understanding my situation, Phuong made several calls and worked with her team and got everything set up in an hour. All the staff members at branch were very friendly and happy to help. Thank you all again!”

There were two tellers doing a decent job and I was served well. There's also another employee asking each customer in the que what their requirements are and offered to help if possible with out going to the tellers, which was a nice touch.”
