CVS, a well-known pharmacy chain, has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have had positive experiences, others have noted areas for improvement. One customer appreciated the thoughtfulness of the pharmacy team, who offered a discounted rate to ensure they could receive their partial prescription before a trip. The team was also commended for their efficiency and willingness to help with an account issue. Another customer described the store as "relatively Ok," with most of the expected products in stock, which is an improvement over some other CVS locations that have been known to have empty shelves. A customer who had previously found CVS stores to be depressing was pleasantly surprised by this particular location, which was "nice and shiny" and well-stocked. They appreciated the presence of multiple employees stocking the shelves, which is not always the case. Finally, a customer had an exceptional experience with an employee named Amanda, who greeted them with a smile, provided excellent customer service, and even shared a laugh with the customer. This positive interaction completely changed the customer's outlook on the CVS chain. Overall, while CVS may have some inconsistencies in customer experience across its locations, this particular store seems to have made efforts to provide a more positive and helpful environment for its customers.
I’d recommend you go to another pharmacy. Pharmacy opens at 11. At 11 am, the gates are down n lights off. People come in and doing all the set up after 11. Long line, unfriendly staff.

Adelene please, look at your customers when they are paying or at least acknowledge them. Mot even a word when paying as she was talking to other employee. Very bad customer service

The pharmacist I spoke to started out impatient and rude and it only got worse as we went along. Eventually she hung up on me. Your willingness to listen to, be patient with and problem solve with customers is a key part of the job.
