“Contacted this store when I received notification that my online order was canceled because Pottery Barn sold out my daughter’s Christmas gift 10 whole days after I ordered it. Customer service was less than helpful but informed me that there was ONE store showing ONE of my item in stock. Both Danielle and Lorena were extremely kind, patient, considerate and helpful and SAVED Christmas when they dug through their stockroom to find it and agreed to monogram and ship it to me in Georgia.
