“The staff was very nice and friendly. The check-in was easy and the wait time was minimal even though I was a walk-in. My only suggestions would be that they have a raised chair for sitting for those that aren't able to get up from low chairs and perhaps an option to automatically open the door for wheelchair or walker access.”

“I’ve been coming here for my flu and Covid vaccines for a couple of years now, they’re always efficient with minimal wait. Whoever gave me my shots this morning was great! ? Minimal soreness afterwards out of all the shots I’ve gotten. I recommend this pharmacy if you’re looking to schedule your vaccine shots.”

“I have to give a 5/5! I went in a little after 1 and was out before 1:30, the staff is amazing and kind and my phlebotomist was incredible! Im a severely anxious person about blood draws but she did it SO fast I didnt even feel it and it was over just as fast which was fantastic for my mental health!”

“Check in was really easy at the kiosk, and they took me in immediately (I had an appointment). The folks there were really nice, and took me seriously when I told them I tend to pass out. They let me wait for a specific room with a lay flat option to draw blood to become available. The did seem short staffed (it seemed only two people were working, one checking people into their rooms and getting their paperwork/vials ready and the Phlebotomist. My phlebotomist was awesome! She was kind and patient, checked in during the draw to make sure I was okay, and encouraged me to take it slow after and brought me a water. Definitely will come back here for future blood work, this was one of the best experiences I've had getting blood drawn.”

“On the August 20, 2026, I visited Quest Diagnostics 785 E EL Camino Real for blood test , the technician , he was very professional. Also, I have small veins but he found a vein accurate that did not hurt me at all . He is very high technical and experience. Definitely, I will recommend him with my friends, my family, and I will come back again.”

“Little hard to find since it’s in a plaza (drove right by it) and there’s no signs except the Labcorp sticker on the glass door. But there is a small parking lot right in front of the building and no one was there at 7am when it opened except the phlebotomist. As a walk-in, I didn’t wait at all.

Great sign-in kiosk; it scans your ID and insurance cart, autopopulates your information, and checks you in.”

“I did a walk-in; the phlebotomist was pleasant, and cautioned me that he had an appointment scheduled in 10 minutes, so if I was not checked in within a few minutes, my wait would be 30-40 minutes. I had no problem checking in at the kiosk. I had already scheduled an appointment, but first available was 3 weeks out. I followed reviews that suggested to arrive at 7 when Quest in Safeway opens, and it worked for me. When I left, at 7:10 or so, there were 2 people in the waiting room.”

“I came in for a blood test today, and Susan was truly great and thoughtful. Even though the site was very busy, she worked diligently to care for every patient. I originally scheduled an appointment for 8:20 AM but arrived around 8:32 AM due to traffic after dropping off my kids.

It’s important to note that Quest only holds appointments for 10 minutes, so I had to check in as a walk-in and wait until 9:45 AM. Sitting right outside the door, I saw her working tirelessly to process everyone without taking a second to rest or even grab a sip of water.

When it was my turn, she could tell I was afraid of needles. She calmed me down by chatting with me to distract me, which I really appreciated. Quest is definitely not the place for a walk-in if you don’t have at least one or two hours to spare, so I strongly recommend making an appointment and trying to arrive a bit early!”

“The waiting room was quite crowded but staff kept appointment times. I was impressed with the efficiency of the staff for a change. It helped that all six stations were in use.”

“For last one year I have been visiting this lab twice a month. They have the best technicians. So good. For some with difficult veins and pain sensitivity this is the best place to get your test done.”

“Checking was quick and efficient. The veins in my arms are difficult to find so I usually have my blood drawn from my right hand with little or no issues. The phlebotomist had trouble getting a vein in my R hand, and was able to draw from my L hand.

Marilisa was so kind and patient with me, and I really appreciated that. She made sure I was comfortable, as I get a little anxious when the needle goes in.”

“I need to have a shout out for Sharvari and Sharareh, they are excellent phlebotomists. I have a very bad vein, so to have blood
drawn here is a blessing. I also like this location, spacious and clean.”

“The staff are kind, there are plenty of chairs. I prefer this lab to for-profit labs where the blood draw person is also the office help. If you park at the top of the hospital (drive past emergency entrance) its a pretty easy walk to a side entrance.”

“Great service. It’s a DNA test with high accuracy. Customer service and time you have to wait to receive results isn’t the best, but it’s probably bc they are growing pretty fast. Would definitely recommend.”
