The staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and informative. Alex, in particular, asked a lot of questions about how often we hike and knew a lot of detailed specifications that helped my info-hungry husband make a decision.

Thank you to the staff member who showed me the other color options for the new Jasper MJ and spent extra time with me going over all the cute women's footwear. We've been a KEEN family for a long time, so it was a treat to visit the Garage 🤗”

“Thank you to Laurent for ever so kindly and diligently helping bring my 20-year-old Patagonia ski jack back to life. I walked in today and mentioned to him that I had noticed two of the zipper pulls had broken off. Not only did he helpfully replace them at the store, but also he proactively noticed that the material in two spots may benefit from a gentle go of their LED Fabric Shaver/Lint Remover and kindly offered to further restore the jacket to be enjoyed for many more years. His warmth and humor inspired a delightful user experience. I was in and out in ~10 minutes with my refreshed jacket and feel gratitude to both Laurent & the Patagonia team for caring so much about their product, as well as their customer experience. How wonderful that their quality spans decades.”

“I recently visited the Stanford Shopping Center location for Vuori and I had such a wonderful experience. From start to finish I was met with awesome customer service from the likes of Natalia, Eve, and Shalanie. First of all, the floor is very well kept and it is very easy to navigate the space. Since it was my first time, I was able to inquire with Natalia about a particular product for my girlfriend. Natalia, greeted me with kindness and patience as she was assisting other people as well. She was was able to help me locate Villa Wideleg Pant that I have been wanting to grab for my girlfriend.

Vuori’s products are very high quality and I was impressed at the array of choices for both men and women. If I had more time, I would have probably gotten more things.

During my time perusing through other products, I was met by Eve who graciously offered information on product selection and other perks of shopping at Vuori which I greatly appreciated from her.

As I proceeded to check-out, I was met by Shalanie who helped me with becoming a member of Vuori and even offered to look for a particular product I had mentioned was not available on the immediate floor space. At the end of the day, I was able to grab the wideleg pant and an alpine half zip for my girlfriend and a tuvalu tee for myself which I cannot wait to wear.
