The staff I have interacted are great, but the online prescription app leaves a lot to be desired. There is no online help available as the bot chat and live chat are completely swamped and unresponsive.

Bad service. The card reader doesnt work and they refuse to enter the number in manually like a couple good Safeway stores do for me.
