“In my five years of banking at this Redding BofA branch, and in my 3 decades of banking with BofA, I have enjoyed friendly and professional customer service but Chris L. took it to whole another level: he welcomed me warmly, quickly assessed my needs asked my day's schedule, and figured out a timely solution given my time constraints, offered me water while I waited, and even connected me with his colleagues so I could get some information about a physician practice loan vs physician home loan. He got me appropriate help quickly and anticipated my questions, offered me helpful information and made me feel valued as a longtime customer of the bank. He was easy to talk to, good natured, thoughtful in his questions, and patient with my questions - I appreciate him so much! Clone Chris or promote him to management to teach others how to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere - most people find it a chore to go to the bank or intimidating to discuss financial issues but Chris's personality, professionalism and charisma made banking here a delight! His friendliness made banking less intimidating, he took his time to respectfully explain things I didn't understand, and he put me at ease so I felt comfortable asking questions. Through our conversations I realized I had banking needs I didn't realize could be solved through BofA. His positivity is infectious and should be duplicated if at all possible! Please reward him for excellence in customer service! I had considered switching banks for my business and personal needs due to recommendations from my realtors but after this I think I'll be staying! “Good FDIC Insured BankNot one of the huge powerful scary ?Banks that don't know your name, but consider you as just another account number.Checking & Savings accounts are pretty standard, credit cards are run of the mill and quite easy to get. I give them only a 4 ? because they will charge you a $2.95 fee to access money from an ATM if your not a customer. Even tried calling customer service phone number and they stood firm on charging me the fee. That was a real bummer.”
“I’ve been reading through a lot of the reviews and there are so many that are very negative. Frankly, I am very surprised. I’ve been banking with Sierra Central for 35 years. I have financed my last three vehicles through them, I find their online services easy to use, and whenever I’ve gone into the bank personally, I’ve been greeted and served professionally by courteous staff. Though it is unfortunate that there is no Saturday service like with other banks, I just plan ahead and make sure any banking that needs to be done is done during the week so it’s not an issue. I have been extremely happy and satisfied with the service that I receive from them. I can’t think of banking anywhere else!”

“Jaxon H is an incredible banker with an amazing personality he made my girlfriend and I feel welcomed after our horrible experience at the other Chase bank branch early in the day. Jaxon answered all our questions and took his time with us but at the same time was very efficient at his job. Being a banker must be an incredibly challenging job with having to deal with challenging customers but Jaxon never lost his cool. I would highly recommend working with Jaxon H at this location.
