“Good FDIC Insured BankNot one of the huge powerful scary ?Banks that don't know your name, but consider you as just another account number.Checking & Savings accounts are pretty standard, credit cards are run of the mill and quite easy to get. I give them only a 4 ? because they will charge you a $2.95 fee to access money from an ATM if your not a customer. Even tried calling customer service phone number and they stood firm on charging me the fee. That was a real bummer.”

“Yeah, I usually cash my checks over at this branch and sometimes I get my checks on a Saturday and they close at one and we’ve got a holiday this Monday. It sure would be nice if the US Bank would be open later than one because people are screwed until Tuesday to go to the bank or get some money”

“Been banking here for years. Bechelli and Pine St branch have always been courteous and very helpful. Response and recovery when my identity got stolen was also VERY fast. Occasionally the ATM's don't like to read a check if the background noise on the paper is too busy, which is annoying, but having to go inside isn't a big deal to me.”
“In my five years of banking at this Redding BofA branch, and in my 3 decades of banking with BofA, I have enjoyed friendly and professional customer service but Chris L. took it to whole another level: he welcomed me warmly, quickly assessed my needs asked my day's schedule, and figured out a timely solution given my time constraints, offered me water while I waited, and even connected me with his colleagues so I could get some information about a physician practice loan vs physician home loan. He got me appropriate help quickly and anticipated my questions, offered me helpful information and made me feel valued as a longtime customer of the bank. He was easy to talk to, good natured, thoughtful in his questions, and patient with my questions - I appreciate him so much! Clone Chris or promote him to management to teach others how to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere - most people find it a chore to go to the bank or intimidating to discuss financial issues but Chris's personality, professionalism and charisma made banking here a delight! His friendliness made banking less intimidating, he took his time to respectfully explain things I didn't understand, and he put me at ease so I felt comfortable asking questions. Through our conversations I realized I had banking needs I didn't realize could be solved through BofA. His positivity is infectious and should be duplicated if at all possible! Please reward him for excellence in customer service! I had considered switching banks for my business and personal needs due to recommendations from my realtors but after this I think I'll be staying! Thanks Chris for making customer service such a high priority, and for understanding that a warm and friendly environment makes for great business and happy repeat customers!”
