“Had a smooth move in and sales experience with Ricardo. Space was ready on time, they processed our paperwork in one day, and it seems to be a great value! The app access works seamlessly and the amenities are really great for something that isn't much more expensive than any other storage space. We'll have to see long term if rent raises are reasonable. The squarefootage listed is heavily rounded up as well, so keep that in mind if you need every inch of space. Our was listed 8.5% bigger than it actually is - but just measure when you visit and make sure it works for your needs!”

“At the Cypress location all the pharmacy people are amazing. From all the pharmacists to each of the cashiers. All are so patient and accommodating. I've been a member over 10 years and would never consider another Pharmacy, even if it was another Costco.”
4480 Atlantic Ave, Long Beach CA 90807
“This is a very nice store it's nice and clean and they have good prices on items that I use. The cashiers are friendly and helpful, and so are the stockers.”

“Although it's the nearest Costco to reach from City centre. It's not the usual costco wholesale outlet and lacks the alcohol, clothing, electronics section costco wholesale outlets have. Although it is a free ride on service 600 from down town and a short walk. Check out the one at Alhambra instead if coming from LAX city centre. Bus 78 is direct there”

“I can't recommend this trusted taste enough. Can't get over these classic chocolates and the peanut brittle. Never forgetting they have deliciously sour gummies as well. Those are my go-to. Specifically, the truffles and the sour jelly beans. Always have to have some handy, favorite thing to snack on during a movie. Nostalgia at it's sweetest.”

“I have nothing but good to say about California FBA Prep. The team are always responsive, helpful and very knowledgeable about anything logistics. I am very happy to use them for my company's needs and can highly recommend others to do so! Shout out to Ryan for always being there for any help needed.”

“I would like to acknowledge and thank Moss, the Manager, and Ivette at Human Touch for taking the time to thoroughly review the issues I experienced with my massage chair. For approximately two and a half years, I made repeated calls and experienced significant delays in follow-up regarding a loud clunking noise that occurred after a 30-minute massage cycle when the chair returned to its resting position. After I left a voicemail, Moss contacted me within a few hours and fulfilled his commitment to respond within 24 hours. Following their review of the matter, Moss and Ivette demonstrated excellent customer service by arranging for the necessary replacement parts to be ordered and installed at no cost to me. This resolution was provided in recognition of the extended delays and the ongoing back-and-forth communications I had experienced with customer service support over the years. I appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to resolving the issue fairly and satisfactorily. Chief Terrence Winston, USN (Ret.)”

“They don't always have everything they have on sale, and they keep rearranging the aisles, making it harder to get in and out if you know what you want. Becoming a little more retail in that aspect.”

“Smart & Final absolutely earned this one. Joey, the service manager, runs that place like a battleship. Professional, responsive, and actually gives a damn about customers, which is getting rarer than a clean porta-potty on a Friday afternoon jobsite. Every question got answered fast, the property was clean, secure, and organized, and shopping was smooth from start to finish. The store itself, was equally impressive. You can tell immediately when leadership actually supports their team and takes pride in the operation. That facility reflects it. Between customer service, communication, and overall professionalism, they’ve set the bar ridiculously high. When shopping for groceries and want a place that’s secure, well managed, and run by people who genuinely care, this is the spot.”

“I had a great experience renting here at this location in Anaheim. The manager Manny was incredibly professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and easy. He took the time to thoroughly show me the warehouse space, answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt informed every step of the way. His professionalism and willingness to help really stood out. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great service and a positive rental experience!”

“I went in looking for several things and I found none, but most of the time they have what you're looking for. I went looking for adult diapers with the tabs on the side, adult butt wipes, and bed pad lining for people that are incontinent. I was dissapointed, but I was pleasantly surprised to find great pillows. The checkout area definitely needs organization, but to be fair it's the customers that are a mess. If the Costco food area serves french fries, then I'll change my stars to 5/5.”

“Costco Lakewood center is my go-to for reliable quality and great value. Their Mandarins are always fresh, and the Shrimp Chips are a classic favorite of mine. Getting them at a discount made my day! Definitely worth picking up when the price is right.”

“The store is really good. Looks everything clean. They have a very good customer service but it’s always big lines because they’re opening a lot of cashiers lanes but it’s a really good store to buy whatever you’re looking for.”

“Good place checked in got door dropped empty trailer hooked up to loaded trailer got paperwork was out in 45 minutes. One way traffic in shipper makes it easy, can be busy and not much room to get around but be patient and you will be fine Make sure reefer is full or you will be asked to go fill it up, they are pretty firm on full reefer tanks.”

“I ran over a pothole and popped two tires, parked outside of this business while we waited for a tow in the middle of the night. A man whom I presume to be the owner saw us as he was leaving and came to check on us, but we told him we were just waiting for a tow and he went on his way. A few minutes later, one of his employees, Lorenzo, came out and told us his boss had told him we were stuck outside and to offer to let us wait inside, use the restroom, or grab some water. This was incredibly kind - not sure if I'll ever need their services, but would recommend them purely on being good people!”
