“I didn’t get my rental from them to be honest, it was because I was a little bit to late and it got rented. But with that being said, I had some time to talk with the ladies in the office and let me tell you that they are some of the most beautiful and caring people I’ve met in any business I’ve dealt with In the post Covid era where customer service and just nonexistent or understanding with their customers . But these wonderful people gave me a lot of confidence and hope that there are still wonderful people in business still . “I definitely recommend Hertz Car Sales Inglewood for anyone looking to buy a almost new vehicle at a great, transparent, no haggling price. The employees that I encountered were all so nice and helpful to me and also nice to each other. There is a seven day buy back policy, which I took advantage of. I had reservations about the first car I financed, so returned it and chose another one. It is reasurring that the cars also come with a 12 month warranty at no charge.
Lukas was the first employee I saw, and he was very polite, answered all my questions about various cars, and let me test drive whatever vehicle I requested. I also test drove vehicles with Art, who was very knowledgeable about the different car models.
Juan Lomeli took over after I decided on a vehicle, addressing all questions and any concerns. He was always cheerful and made my experience a happy one with his extreme helpfulness. He made the buying process very pleasant and easy.
And a huge Thank You to Andrey Chernikov, who ensures that the customer leaves satisfied. When I returned the first vehicle it is Andrey who addressed all my concerns, making me feel valued and making sure I found a vehicle I was completely happy with. He also worked out the financing and is a wizard with numbers, knowledgeable, experienced, wise and trustworthy.

“I can't comment on the rental process as we rented our vehicle at another budget branch. We did however have lots of issues with the other branch which the guys at this branch helped us with. It was causing us a lot of stress on our holidays and I appreciate their help and willingness to assist. Cheers”
“Why does this show hours that are not correct. I took an uber, bus, Lyft then the metro a line to get to the Avis before1pm. After calling 5 times from 12:30-1pm the Avis call center informed me that they closed at noon even though the uber app has availability to reserve a vehicle until 6pm.
So after speaking to employee the Uber on-boarding system stops working at noon but Avis is open until 1pm. So if Uber Rentals could update the reservation hours to match the system and store hours that would be greatly appreciated (you might want to think about not scheduling rentals in the last 30 minutes especially in big cities)
Santiago, the Avis rep was great and he helped me even though he only had 5 minutes till closing. It also help that I had rented from Avis before which means he didn’t have to use the Uber system.”
