“Buttercup is such a cute baby store in Pasadena! Annie is super helpful and knowledgeable regarding all things baby, but especially when it came to stroller & car seats. We were able to test out the stroller and car seat in store and ended up purchasing the nuna stroller and car seat and are so excited to use it for our baby to be. Definitely recommend coming to buttercup!”

“A hidden gem - well, not so hidden, but I never noticed it all this time that it's been here! Shop opened up two years ago. The owner Millie is super sweet. I wandered in and was welcomed by her two little girls. It was a whole experience. It felt like I walked into a little girl's side quest or day dream. Come here if you're looking for a gift for your friend's kids. That's why I was here. You'll definitely find something - maybe even for yourself! (I did, couldn't help myself.)”
“Out of towner who visited for an event. The store has two very different halves. First, the game space was more spacious than normal but had the normal game store "things stacked everywhere" vibe that you either love or hate. The second half was the store portion, which had an above average selection without having too much. Ever walk into a game store with so many games you just don't know if any of them are any good? Not that here. The selection is that appropriate balance of curated and broad. Appreciate the stores willingness to host events and keep the hobbies alive, and for that alone I'd never give less than 5 stars.”
“Chloe and Tyler are the absolute best. If you want some good comics or graphic novels, they will show you stuff that will knock your socks off.
Do not take how good this store is for granted, there are many comic shops out there that aren't nearly this good! Cream of the crop staff and store.”

“This store is amaizing, yes it's a hit or miss in finding what you believe is a great find. Like if you come with a selective mind trying to find spiderman size 2 shoes for example. You probably won't find it. But, come searching for clothing for your child and have patience to look through the items, then you will find something. The items here are categorized and well organized. It's a small store but stocked amazingly well. We have always found something the kids will love either clothing or toys. Parking was a mission had to park a block away but it's worth the walk in my opinion. Great job Kid to kid ?”

“Cute small shop has a huge inventory of lots of Sanrio products. Pricing is of course "not cheap" (trademark, genuine products), if your a fan you won't leave without a lil something red or pink! Gorgeous handbags, backpacks, pillows, charms, hair assesories, keychains... on & on. Just luv My Melody & My Little Twin Stars! Staff/owners are so darling, helpful, personable & gracious as you enter and exit the shop. Meter Parking in the area is a challenge so if you plan to visit make time and enjoy the walk along all the shopping strip. Food, frozen yogurt, adjacent mall. There's a lot in the area.”
