The style of all the products was something that really appealed to me, the staff were very friendly and it was a great place to shop, both in terms of the comfort and the fun of shopping.”
“I’m in town from DFW. Since I had some extra time, I decided to stop in. They had some nice pieces at very affordable prices.
It was mostly older women shopping, so some of the pieces seemed to align more to that crowd. However, it wasn’t limited, just maybe a bit more geared toward them. Some women were shopping for a cruise and hit the jackpot with dresses.
No one greeted me, but maybe that’s just a southern thing. If I’m back, I’d definitely give them another chance based on other reviews.
Also, it’s kind of tucked into a neighborhood, so if you’re not looking, you may miss it.”

“This boutique was my last shot of getting a dress for a wedding event the next day. (Majorly procrastinated) Audrey was amazing in helping me pick a suitable dress. She was very detailed in considering fabric and silhouette. Even bringing additional dresses for suggestions. The best customer service!!!!! She definitely saved me in finding a perfect dress that also covered up all my tattoos too. I really appreciate it so much! Will definitely return!”

“My wife and I stopped by this Macy so she could return an item here. We were already in the area so that's why we came to this one. We parked on the roof of the parking structure since all the other parking spots in the garage were taken. So we entered through the top level and had to go down to the lower level to return the item. This Macy is very nice, I think it's the nicest Macy I been to just because of the way they decorate inside. You feel like you're in a high value store based alone on how they display their items. The staff are great here and will answers all your questions.”
“Great selection of clothing and great deals (some racks for under $10)! The size range seems to be S to XL. I saw bigger brands on the racks like Fashion Nova and some lesser-known ones too. There are fitting rooms to try things on; I ended up getting a nice flannel for about $30.”

“I first experienced Clothes Heaven in the late 80s. It was a favorite of mine at the time. You can always find one of a kind, spectacular threads there. Larayne always takes a personal interest in all her clients- in a short period of time she picks up on a person's sartorial style and preferences. Her "sale room" is my favorite place to start. It is always filled with an abundance of choices and sizes.”

“Good vibes, exquisite pieces, amazing space! Usually when I shop online or in store, I’m in awe of 5-15% of items; I get exhausted by having to hunt for “wow” items. Tuck is a dream-come-true because it’s FILLED with excellent pieces. Gorgeous prints, cool jeans, shoes that you actually want to wear… a good mix of chic, elegant, very cool, NY meets LA.

“This is the most authentic place in Southern California. We read reviews before coming here and it was well worth the trip. Mikko is a genuinely kind and patient person who is trained professionally in the art of kimono dress. Truth be told we are so happy we met her because she taught us much about this important cultural practice. Everything she does is done properly and professionally. Highly recommend!”

As she was helping me I realized she helped me once before and provided the same excellent customer service! I told myself to make sure I wrote a review today because great customer service is hard to come by! Especially on two separate occasions! She is very patient and helpful, gave me some great feedback and is so genuine. During the holiday season helping customers can be exhausting and overwhelming, but Christina being attentive in her role is just a clear indicator it's who she is naturally. They had several brands and items that I have never seen at any other Ross. When I'm in this city again I will definitely go back.”
