“Aladdin Moving, Delbert's entire team, is wonderful.
For an in-town move of roughly a 24' box truck's worth of stuff they were the lowest bidder. Also the most polite and easiest to deal with.
This is a somewhat rough 'n' tumble outfit, but in appearance only. They don't have matching company shirts and hats. What they do have is much more important.
The move was a bit tricky and required some precise scheduling. Delbert was unflappable. Whatever I needed got worked out so that it could happen efficiently. Move the grand piano first into my personal van, no problem. Load big stuff last. Meet me at 10:15. Whatever it was, it got done with a smile.
The truckload of stuff was mostly boxes, not all of them well-packed and certainly not uniform. No matter. Everything was handled quickly but with real care. I was able to guide final placing of things into a large rented storage space as much as I wanted without causing any consternation whatsoever.
This isn't a move that I'll do again, and I'm not normally in Santa Rosa. But if I ever need a mover in this area again, the only call I'll place is to Aladdin.

“I was too flustered to get her name but either your lovely employee or perhaps the owner helped me in my time of need without a pause or expectation of anything but helping a fellow person in need. This isn’t about the storage facility per se but just the absolute kindness that was displayed. I had found myself with a popped tire and pulled over to deal with it she came over without hesitation offering her help and guidance to change my tire, when many others passed by (as most would do) she took time out of cleaning up the area just to help. Not sure of your name but I hope you see this and I hope your kindness is paid back and then some. Thank you so much for helping this exhausted overwhelmed mother in her time of need!!”

Excellent experience at AC Self Storage! Linda was fantastic from the moment I walked in. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process incredibly easy. She gave me a thorough tour, helped me get set up with my access code, and answered every question before I even had to ask.

“The Cotati PODS team provided the service I needed. Manager Tim was very responsive and made sure my POD was delivered on time and placed on the street. I do wish the drop off driver had communicated in a more professional and courteous way. He didn't check that it was the right pod, he tried to say he couldn't drop it off on the street due to (unneeded) permit restrictions and drove off without checking anything with me. The driver who picked up the empty POD didn't communicate with me but it was picked up on time without incident.”

“Easiest rental ever, Orlin was so helpful and knowledgeable, pretty streamlined. The units are tall, easy to access, I like that they have their own lock system. The building is well lit, clean, big elevators, and even has flatbeds we can use. Also close & easy parking.”
