“My Highlander wouldn’t start after stopping for gas. Auburn Toyota was 5 minutes away. I got help jumping the battery, my car started, and I was able to get to the dealership. They were swamped but got a team member to test the battery, and it did need to be replaced. They had the new battery installed and I was on my way in an hour. Great customer service!!”

“My 2010 Toyota Camry Le had a shake and got my engine mounts fixed thinking it was that but turns out it wasn’t and I got frustrated and didn’t go call to see if I can make things right and I had the shake for another 5 months before I called again and they still remembered me and offered to make things right and I also asked for a oil change that I would pay for but they ended up doing it all free of charge.”
