The bite toothpaste is particularly my favorite. It is a zero-waste, eco-friendly invention.
It is a tiny tablet that is easy to use. It makes my teeth feel fresh and very clean.
The location is on the first floor of The Great Petaluma Mill building. We found it while we were visiting this historical mill building. It is next to the Wild Goat Bistro.”

“I had been wanting to stop by Wine Country Decor for awhile now and finally did the other day. I was so pleasantly surprised, even excited about the beautiful, functional and up to the minute styles of their sofas, lamps, interesting art work, etc. Highly recommend stopping in. Jorge Martinez is extremely helpful and nice and has great taste and well- trained eye for placing furniture and art. He personally came with a helper to install our gorgeous new sofa and I could tell he's "got talent". A pleasure to meet him.”

“Wow! We had such a fun and creative experience at Dickinson Glass Studio. We booked a private class for the whole family. Michael is so talented and patient and he helped teach us how to make pumpkins. Nobody in our group had any experience at all and even my 80 yr old mother learned and created a cute pumpkin. Their studio is very nice and complete with everything that you will need. I can’t say enough about it, we all think it was the best and most fulfilling activity we did all weekend while we were in Guerneville. Thank you so much!!!”

“One of the best thrift shops in Sonoma County. I always find some random unique goodie here that I love. It seems like it's one of the few thrift stores that still has low prices that you would expect at a thrift store. Other places like the Goodwill have risen over the years, and has become less appealing. But these types of thrift stores still exist and I <3 Pick of the Litter as one of them. I have found things for my dog, clothes, gifts, vases, and random things like yoga balls. It's also open on Sundays (some that are religious thrift shops are closed). The ladies at the front are helpful, and there's always parking up front.

“I had a great experience buying a bookcase here. They were friendly and helpful, but also have me room to think when I needed it. They have some of the best options in town for solid wood bookcases. Most shops don’t have them anymore. The price was reasonable for the quality. If you want a more modern look, you can head next door. Delivery was cheap compared to other furniture stores and it came when they said it would.”

“I bought a bar cabinet from here and got a great deal on it. It was too big for me to take it home the same day, so I picked it up a few days after purchase. An employee named Katie helped me load it into my vehicle. Wonderful customer service experience from purchase to pick up. They have quality items and I always find something I like!”
“Boho Bungalow in Petaluma is not only the cutest store, but they also offer an interactive candle making experience that makes for the perfect reason to travel to Petaluma for a girl's day! The store specializes in homemade candles, scents, crystals, earrings, kitchen accessories, mugs, gifty items, you name it. There is an additional wow factor on the left side of the store, a beautiful open space with 2 large tables for candle making. While looking for a fun outing, I googled local candle making classes and came upon this adorable spot. For around $40/pp you can book ahead (they have a select amount of slots per session) for an experience that includes when you arrive: an industrial but adorable apron to wear, a tray set out that has everything you need for the experience, and a note pad/pen. The class is led by awesome women who guide you to pick your vessel, lead you through the scent process (you get to smell scents ranging from sweet to floral to woodsy to fresh), sticker adhesives so you can name your scent, and then are assisted in creating your perfect candle (wax, wick, so on)! To note: if you don't live in the area, you can pay $7 while in the store to have your candle mailed to you within a few days post class. (you don't receive your candle immediately after because it has to set, but if you live closeby, can pick it up the next day). There are also such great eateries and places to tuck into for dessert, tastings, and more nearby, with plenty of street parking and accessibility. Thank you for such a fun and "can do" experience, Boho Bungalow! Looking forward to seeing the finished product.”

“This store has a strong amount of fragrance that will linger in your clothes and belongings for weeks. It makes it hard to sit at the cafe half a block away when the wind is blowing from that direction. Most of the furniture they offer can be ordered but is not on the floor. More of an interior design service.”
