I had an excellent experience at Bill & Jay’s Tire in Petaluma. I went in thinking I had a flat tire, and they took the time to inspect it right away. It turned out there was nothing wrong with the tire—they simply refilled the air and got me safely back on the road. To my surprise, they didn’t charge me anything.
The customer service was exceptional.
Everyone was friendly, honest, and genuinely focused on helping rather than selling me something I didn’t need. It’s refreshing to find a business with that level of integrity.
I would definitely recommend Bill & Jay’s Tire to anyone looking for honest, reliable tire service. They’ve earned my trust, and I’ll be back for any future tire or automotive needs.

“This place is the best. On the way out of town to Sacramento drop my daughter off to coast guard boot camp I discovered a slow leak and screw in my tire. I called the two places open on a Sunday. One told me 2-3 house to get repaired and Big O said 45 minutes if you come now. I said I’ll be there in 10 minutes. They had me out in about that time and we are off to say our goodbyes. “Rick and his team are rock stars! Despite having a backlog of work, Rick took care of my friend’s truck ofter he got into an accident. He needed the front end pulled and radiator replaced so he could travel back home. Rick could tell my friend was distraught and in a tough spot so instead of shutting him out, he was willing to try. He was honest and upfront, pointing out worst case scenario. He didn’t give up and tracked down the parts, got to down business and had my friend on the road within 24 hours!!
