2 times I have gone to this store with minor issues with my phone. Both times, the employees were very help and resolved the issues. Great in person customer service, thank you!

Verizon is currently the most connected cell service for me in Petaluma, northern Marin and West Sonoma County. Their prices are steep but I need the service. The local store provides meh advice and service. I wish they trained their stall better and improved their actual in Petaluma City Limits service.

Made an appointment and was treated with excellent service right on time. Exceeded my expectations based on how horrible their telephone and chat service is.
