5727 Phelan Rd, PhelanDid not account for running out of hay for our horses and our regular hay Supplier was out of Bermuda Hay until the end of the week, so had to purchase hay here at this establishment instead over the Holiday. We have purchased from Feed Barn before so we knew what to expect as far as quality. They do sell a good quality hay which I require for my horses health so all was well. The price for Bermuda hay would normally be considered reasonable at $21/bale however, we pay less from our normal supplier which saves us money but a bale was NEEDED at that time.

I cannot possibly express how grateful and impressed I am and appreciative of everything that Sean Lunnon did for my family. Sean assisted us a few years ago with a problem we were having with our dog whose extremely sensitive to noises or other dogs and a new challenge came up that we needed help with and again he embraced the challenge and exceeded our expectations. My son who has been living away from home for a few years came to visit us with his girlfriend and they have a very sweet, small dog. Their dog is a 10 pound dog and our dog is a 57 pound dog that is extremely sensitive towards other dogs. Frankly speaking, we were petrified of a confrontation between the two dogs where more than likely the larger dog could inflict a serious or fatal wound to the smaller dog even if the intention was to only give it a warning. Just the difference in size would be overwhelming. On top of fearing for the dogs we feared that the consequence of such a confrontation would impact our relationship with our son and his girlfriend, and that would be irreparable. After a conversation with Sean, he juggled his schedule to make sure he could be at our home to teach us how to control the dogs, to facilitate the introduction of the dogs, and to show us how to safely separate and interact the dogs within the house to avoid any confrontation and allow us to enjoy our family. Sean exceeded our expectations and the dogs are getting along very well. While they are not yet close friends because it’ll take some more time, we are very comfortably coexisting in the home, and the dogs are not even paying attention to each other, and our family is together. I can say with total confidence that within another couple of weeks the dogs will absolutely be friends. Because we are taking it slowly and safely and you cannot put a price on that and we highly recommend Sean with no hesitation to assist you with any challenges you may be having with your dogs. He is the absolute best.

Ali's Dog Obedience Training
9175 Middleton Rd, PhelanAli was beyond great, she is so knowledgeable and affordable! My dog Tanner loved her and was very excited every time she came over. I felt she was training me as well as my dog. She wasn't just teaching Tanner was was teaching me how to train Tanner, which is great because now I know how to correct him properly. Ali was very professional, on time and knew her stuff. I feel like I almost didn't pay her enough. 10 times better the Petsmart because she comes to you and helps the dog feel comfortable in there space.

Also, a joy to talk to, and happy to work with me on my situation.I took my girl to Bears Den, and dropped her off, 2 days ago. I finally got a good night's sleep, knowing Mali was safe.(Photo at my house, but I'll take more when I go visit, next week)

4050 Phelan Rd #4, PhelanHad to wait for an oil change and wandered into this cafe for breakfast with my 87 year old mom. I asked if they served decaf coffee and she said, “yes, I’ll make some right now!” She made a whole pot for my mom! ?
We had a great breakfast and all the coffee we wanted. The waitress was kind and attentive. Told my husband we need to go here next time we are in town!
