“I've never had such a great experience in a cell phone store ever until I worked with both Brenda and Ken at this location. We were dreading going into the store after all of the run around we received over the phone in just trying to send back our old cell phones for the trade-in program. Brenda was absolutely amazing and provided such great customer service. She could not have made the process any easier and fun at the same time. She and Ken were very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with the decisions we made. Both of these employees went above and beyond for us. They made us feel confident in our decision to move entirely to AT&T and for me, everything in Apple. This location will be our home base moving forward.”

“I bought a refurbished dji online. When i received the package, the controller was still logged into the previous owners profile. Getting an appointment with the GeekSquad was quick. Once I got there, it was maybe a 3 minute wait, and the employee got my remote wiped clean, all synced up, and ready to fly. Took about 15 minutes!”

“The best T-MOBILE experience I’ve had in years. Honestly the best experience that I’ve EVER had with T-Mobile.T-Mobile customer service sent me on a wild goose chase around the Bay Area. Thanks to the store manager Kevyn and the associate Cameron W. I was able to leave with exactly what I needed. I filed an insurance claim with TMobile that turned out to be a waste of time. 4 Uber rides and half a day later the team at this location was able to assist me when no one at other locations or at customer service would/could. I highly recommend this location. And the music was amazing lol. If I’m going to spend $400 that I hadn’t planned on spending at least I could do it while listening to Prince & Bon Jovi.”

“So I visited world phones twice now - 1st Time my phone was smashed to pieces and Darryl put it back together like it was brand new - amazing!!! 2nd time. my phone went swimming for a couple hours and again Darryl put it back together like it was brand new - incredible!! Prices are good. Timing is the best, super quick and I trust him 110%. Thank you thank you for being so knowledgeable and great at what you do.
