“Yes the young man that was therd all by himself as two employees called off and he did a great job handling 4 customers at same time. Resolved my broken phone situation and even got me set up to AT&T install fiber optic for my television service as I have Xfinity and I sure want it to be my ex. We are so unhappy with their service but great to find out AT&T can handle that for us with better picture quality can't see enough about the young man. I forget his name that helped me and my wife, but you should give him a raise immediately. I was sold as soon as he told me he used to work for Xfinity and understood my unhappy with them for the last couple of years it's been really terrible so I'm looking forward to get TV service from you guys too thanks for being there. I meant Wifi thats Att is offering in my area via fibre optic!”
“They did fix the issue of the charging port not working (which is I why came there in December 2024). But when I got the iPad back, the iPad touch screen didn't work in some parts.
The videos show the ipad's touchscreen not working. The photo shows the ipad charging.
The guy there tried to convince me that the entire touch screen did actually work when I brought this up to him after getting the ipad back. I ended up just going home after. :/”

“Rick and Sanran at the Berkeley Verizon was just amazing. So lovely and looking out for my best interest financially because I had lost my phone. Then they called through to the Pinole Verizon store and I went over there to pick up the phone because the Berkeley store was out of 16s. They were just lovely as well in pinole. A lovely young woman who was just so patient and lovely and stayed behind the 8 o’clock close time just to finish up my setup. I would recommend these two Verizon stores to everyone.”

I was traveling this week and dropped my phone in a pool, went to a few other locations nearby where there was no help or effort made to assist me. Other locations shoved me off to a 1-800 #. But when I walked into the Vallejo store they were welcoming and made time to understand my situation and worked with me! Keep up the great and awesome customer service!”

“Went to this store to buy a phone and by the time I got rang up the amount due had increased by $100. I questioned muhammad who got really upset. He provide horrible customer service. He was so upset because I did not want all the extras he had added to the plan. I finally bought the phone but he did not help me set up my phone. However , there was another representative present at the store his name is Hamza , he was the reason why I gave the higher stars. If you ever go to this store wait to get service from Hamza . She looked up multiple codes without an attitude and tried different options. She was a pleasure!! There are a couple of things that I'm unsure of. “Cricket Wireless is the discount version of AT&T. They even gave me a new phone in preparation of the 5G switch. The woman at the Downtown Berkeley store was really good at handling the switch to the new phone -- it took just about 20-30 minutes. Her name is Tina. I LOVE having a store in downtown -- and I strongly recommend Cricket (Discount AT&T) to students, older people, or anyone who likes a bargain! Each time I have needed help, this Berkeley store has been perfect. THANK YOU!!”
