“They did fix the issue of the charging port not working (which is I why came there in December 2024). But when I got the iPad back, the iPad touch screen didn't work in some parts.

The guy there tried to convince me that the entire touch screen did actually work when I brought this up to him after getting the ipad back. I ended up just going home after. :/”

“I had an excellent visit with Jessica at Verizon’s 2209 Shattuck store in Berkeley, CA. I am 81 and a little light on tech skills and somehow cut off my Verizon internet access. Jessica not only reestablished my internet connection (invaluable, as I am traveling), but showed me how to clear the dozens and dozens of open tabs wearing my battery down. Made my day!”

“uBreakiFix replaced my phone's screen (known issue with screen fuzzyness resulting from static buildup) and also managed to replace my battery under Google's extended warranty. The replacement took about 1.5 hours. Very impressed with the service here and I plan to take my phone back there for future repairs as needed.”

“Went to this store to buy a phone and by the time I got rang up the amount due had increased by $100. I questioned muhammad who got really upset. He provide horrible customer service. He was so upset because I did not want all the extras he had added to the plan. I finally bought the phone but he did not help me set up my phone. However , there was another representative present at the store his name is Hamza , he was the reason why I gave the higher stars. If you ever go to this store wait to get service from Hamza . He was patient, polite, really helpful and a true example of what good customers service should be like. Thanks for the great service Hamza.”

She looked up multiple codes without an attitude and tried different options. She was a pleasure!! There are a couple of things that I'm unsure of. “Cricket Wireless is the discount version of AT&T. They even gave me a new phone in preparation of the 5G switch. The woman at the Downtown Berkeley store was really good at handling the switch to the new phone -- it took just about 20-30 minutes. Her name is Tina. I LOVE having a store in downtown -- and I strongly recommend Cricket (Discount AT&T) to students, older people, or anyone who likes a bargain! Each time I have needed help, this Berkeley store has been perfect. THANK YOU!!”
“Have always gone to this store to get my new phones, just got the s24 yesterday and had to have it same day shipped to the store, the clerk waited and set up my phone for me way past the end of his shift!!! These guys are great and I will always continue to go here for any phones needed.
