“Online/phone enrollment was a breeze with Aly B. Any questions I had, or any user error hiccups on my part, she was SUPER quick to offer assistance and help me through any difficulties.

I have not been in the physical location yet, due to distance, but if the virtual help is even half of what is offered in person, you can't go wrong with choosing them as your financial institution.”

“Alfredo is an EXCELLENT REPRESENTATIVE. He took his time to help me understand the type of account I was opening. And followed up with superiors to get answers to additional questions I had outside of his authority. It was a pleasure working with him.”

“I had an excellent experience at Bank of America while updating my account.
Nidhi made the entire process seamless from the start by helping me schedule my appointment and ensuring everything was well organized.
Lili, the branch manager, was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns were addressed smoothly.
Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine customer care truly set them apart. This is by far one of the best banking experiences I’ve had!”

“The PSCU Concord Branch is so much more convenient at its current Willow Way location. Each and every time I have gone to this branch has been a pleasant experience. The employees who work there are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Recently I went in to wire a large sum of money to a financial institution in the EST time zone. I was running a little late and wasn’t sure if I was going to get the wire off in time to make the 4PM EST cutoff time. Branch Manager - Robin worked promptly and efficiently to get the wire off in time. PSCU has been a great banking institution for our family for 30+ years!”

“JD Singh is my personal banker. How many people can actually say that today when most brick and mortar banks are more concerned with their bottom line than in Customer Service? Last December our family account was hacked. JD helped secure the account and facilitate the transition from all the existing accounts to the new ones. That included other banks, mortgage houses, government agencies, and healthcare facilities. The work took several agonizing months. JD has also helped me with my personal banking needs. I am forever grateful to JD and Citibank Pleasant Hill, Crescent Drive branch for coming to our aid. Finally, I must also recognize branch manager, Fazila Aziz who has created a welcoming atmosphere at this branch. If customer service is important to you, check out this branch.”

“I used to come home from work around 245 to 3am... One night while making a left on to Davidson, I noticed someone with long hair on a brown horse, brown saddle and all . It was a quick second , had to focus on the road. I tried to convince myself that it might’ve been an officer on patrol on a horse but I’ve never seen APD on horseback’s at 3 am. . I’m not crazy I know what I saw.”

“I am the business owner of a 30 employee insurance brokerage. During the 2020 Coronavirus crisis, I was banking with one of the "Big Banks." I applied for a PPP loan on the first day that the SBA would except applications. I uploaded all of my documents immediately. I was given a confirmation email by the "Big Bank", but no other means of communication. After 14 days of attempting to contact the "Big Bank" in various ways with no response, I received an email stating they had reviewed my application. The email also stated that when the SBA replenished their PPP funds for a second round of funding, the "Big Bank" would submit my application. I couldn't believe that no work had been done. I later heard most "Big Banks" focused on their larger customers relationships first, not the small businesses that the PPP program was designed for. The experience was frustrating and I decided to look elsewhere. I contacted Chris Barr at California Bank and Commerce's Sacramento office. He told me he and his team would do everything they could to help support my business and get me submitted to the SBA in a timely manner. I sent them all of my information, they submitted to the SBA, and kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. Within three days of this process, I received my loan documents and was fully funded. The process was incredibly efficient and the experience went well beyond my expectations. Without the support of California Bank and Commerce, my business would be facing severe hardship. I am moving my entire banking relationship to California Bank and Commerce and look forward to building a long-term partnership with them.”

“Always helpful! I've done my business banking with Heritage since they first opened the Danville branch over 30 years ago. Even though I've moved my business to Southern California years ago I still do my banking with Heritage.”

“The best bank in town. The most friendly staff who actually care about their customers. It's the small town bank with a huge worldwide backing of BNP Paribas (very helpful when traveling in Europe and Turkey).”

“Really great idea and place, I'd been struggling to sort out my account for a few years after moving overseas and the banking reps were able to fix it in no time at all. Getting a verve coffee at the same time made it even easier!”

“This branch has been so amazing to work with. I opened a business account my old bank wouldn't. They save me time with their excellent service. Guide me to the right loans, accounts that might benefit my needs. Ive been with another bank for almost 40 years and never received the attention that Concord BBVA gives. I took them all a xmas gift today, Im so thankful for their help every month.”

“i had a payment set for the 14th of july with a customer service rep to be taken out of my account.i called mechanics bank the day before and told the customer service rep i was not going to be able to make the payment until the following friday , The rep set me up with different arrangements and set it ** in her computer to be paid on the 22nd and when i woke up this morning even though i called the day before they still ran my payment through my bank . This is the problem with having different people taking care of multiple accounts . No one at this company does what they say but its always being told that this conversation is being recorded . Thats a joke they dont listen . I had the pleasures of speaking with 2 managers that also couldnt answer my questions why? do you guys listen to your clients . Well in my opinion this bank ***** and there reps dont listen . and their managers on duty dont either . pretty funny how they can take your money on second and now i have to call my bank dispute the charge and play the waiting game .They give excuses why they cant refund your money . Well alls i got to say to future buyers is Find a different bank to finance your loan with this bank lies and dont help you when they s**** up”

“Have been a member for over 20 years and I've never been dissatisfied with the service I get. ALL the employees are polite and patient. I've also invited family members to join. Won't go anywhere else but DVFCU.”

“I have been going here all my adult life, my mom worked for the county and that’s how I got it (u use to have to be referred). All my children now have accounts here, car loans here, we have moved with them, had their name changed with them, etc. I honestly feel they’re part of our family. I have NEVER had bad customer service. I have had employees go above and beyond on many occasions. I do not particularly like this current location (BUT I love the current employees in there at Century Blvd) however I do much of my banking through the app?. You all are doing a great job and I appreciate each one if you!???”

“Good financial facility to do business with they're always kind, professionaland polite. The look on their faces if you jokingly say that was rude, gets me everytime, but puts a smile on both are faces in the end. They take pride in customer service for sure! I'm a member since 2017.”

“Nice people inside, not too long a wait, sometimes when their busy its tough to get very specific banking questions answered, not always the fastest phone customer service, lastly 4 stars because all their ATM's are so slow, imagine depositing $100 in tip money, and having to stand their at 11pm with no one around having to wait for the dam thing to process your request, and then have it kick back bills, or not allow the whole deposit and you have to go to another branch, very frustrating. No plan to switch banks, but their ATMs are their biggest weakness around here.”

“Love this place ,love the people in it . They are always welcome us with a smile, and never mind answering our questions, even if we feel like it's a silly one. Been with them for years. Not going any plase eals.”

“I've always had prompt, courteous service. Biggest issue is the branch is too small to accommodate the volume of people, especially at the end/beginning of the month. Wish they were open more hours.”

“They have patient and helpful bank tellers. They take their time to explain things and suggest better ways especially with the older population that they cater to. They are friendly and they show that they care. They do their best to give the utmost customer service. It’s not crowded and plenty of parking spaces. It’s also conveniently connected to USPS and the shopping center has CVS, Starbucks, Safeway, John Muir, hair & nail salons, gas station, other banks, and plenty of restaurants. Rushan KP is the man. Please give this guy a raise or promotion. He goes above and beyond for his customers’ satisfaction.”

“Branch Manger K G is going to do big things for this location if Mechanics Bank knows really where it's relationships are. Heather, Jordan and Bob were holding down the echoing spacious and beautiful banking center "branch" as Mr. Downer did it didn't like the word (I can't remember). I am a customer first and a previous employee removed with wrong reason because I was exempt employee. Exempt employees have many rights hourly employees do not. But let's no back to that time. Let's talk about the without "probable reason" to close a "long lasting" relationship which was the previous tag line. The Downer jewel is tarnished expansion into Southern California simply just makes Mechanics Bank a non-family bank. You'll see 5 stars here and you'll see 1 stars at 2 other locations; HQ and the domiciling bank of my closed accounts. Sorry, Rauly, clean up will be messy.”
