“I had an excellent experience getting my phone fixed at Smartfix. I brought in my iPhone 13 Pro because the speaker wasn’t working properly, and I honestly thought it would be expensive. Every other place I checked was charging around $80 just to fix the speaker. When I came to Smartfix, Sahil took a quick look at my phone and immediately knew what the issue was.
Instead of replacing parts I didn’t need, Sahil cleaned the speaker thoroughly, and within five minutes my phone sounded perfect again. I was shocked at how fast and effective the repair was. Even better, he only charged me $15. That level of honesty and fairness is rare these days.
Sahil was very friendly, positive, and professional the entire time. He made the whole experience stress-free and explained everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and about helping people, not just making money.

Upon my return to get my battery installed i was able to get that done within 24 hrs. When I picked up my phone they were very busy but work was still getting done. As I was waiting, there were several other customers waiting. A very irate woman came in and Ms. Ponce came out to help her and although the woman went on and on but during everything, Ms. Ponce remained calm and let the woman go on until she was done and left satisfied. The store obviously needs more staff. However, my experience was positive.”
“Wow, what can I say about this company, not only is it fast and reliable, but when you walk into the shop, the way you feel comfortable knowing that all your transactions are safe and secure.
I have done extensive transactions and bought multiple accessories that last a long time, and every thing is high end and very useful.
Both Derrick and Gabriel are straight to the point and make sure that you are getting the best service possible.
One thing I was suppressed that the shop did was offer other services and other plans that are very affordable and are really the best fit, just recently I needed to get some internet for my small room, and I was so frustrated and upset that the priced for a service are so expensive!!!
But here is where this shop comes into place, I usually visit the shop and strike up a conversation with either Derrick or Gabriel, and as soon as you walk in, you see a sign (pictured below ⬇️) for a program where they find you affordable internet, and after some consideration and some talking, I now have great working internet for a cheap price,
