“I reached out for a quote for a possibly broken iPhone 11 port that would charge on/off and connect/disconnect randomly with my headphones. I was really impressed with this place's 6 month warranty, $10-$15 clean up fee and $85 port replacement price (should I need it). Other places had offered a flat rate of $110 upwards for a port replacement, with no offer to try a cleanup first, no offers for a warranty, the most being only up to 3 months. So I really appreciate this place for going above and beyond with their service, being honest with what I may or may not need, instead of limiting me to the most expensive option. I came in on a Tuesday around 4 pm and lucked out there was nobody at the store. I believe it was the owner who fixed my port in less than 5 minutes. He took out what looked like a little ball of lint with a pair of sharp tweezers and said to see how my phone is after a week. If it still has issues connecting, I can come back for a port replacement, minus the $10 I paid for the cleanup. Really appreciate how kind he was and how quick the service was. On the way home, my port connected seamlessly to my power bank and is now charging without the charging sign blipping in and out. “I was having issues with the charging port on my iPhone, cord would wiggle around and sometimes would charge, then not charge. Took it into pcs hq thinking I was going to need a new charging port installed. They spent a good amount of time scraping some stuff out of it and cleaned it up, now it works just like new. Great place, glad I found it, will be back for any other issues with my phone”

“Located inside the source, K-Pop Music Town has a wide selection of products (ie light sticks, CDs) targeted toward kpop fans. There is a huge variety of light sticks sold here from BTS to Super Junior to Blackpink to TxT. The prices are comparable to another kpop store found in this plaza. Workers are also there to answer your questions about availability of products. Definitely work checking out whether it's to buy a last-minute light stick for a concert or just to add to your personal collection”

I have done extensive transactions and bought multiple accessories that last a long time, and every thing is high end and very useful.
Both Derrick and Gabriel are straight to the point and make sure that you are getting the best service possible.
One thing I was suppressed that the shop did was offer other services and other plans that are very affordable and are really the best fit, just recently I needed to get some internet for my small room, and I was so frustrated and upset that the priced for a service are so expensive!!!
But here is where this shop comes into place, I usually visit the shop and strike up a conversation with either Derrick or Gabriel, and as soon as you walk in, you see a sign (pictured below ⬇️) for a program where they find you affordable internet, and after some consideration and some talking, I now have great working internet for a cheap price,
all thanks to Derrick for a referral.

“I brought in my daughter's Apple MACBOOK Pro for repair last Sunday since it turned on and off immediately within a few minutes. Luckily the shop was open and I dropped it off with Steve, the young man who worked there and also answered the phone when I called.I called back an hour later to check if he could fix it. To my surprise, he honestly told me to bring it to the Apple Store since there could be something wrong with its mother board and he could not do it. He did not charge me anything regardless of the time spent to open and try to figure it out.
