“This is a wonderful place with amazing staff. Matt, Max and Mercedes were the nicest people. I had my 2 birds boarded there and i knew they were safe and well taken care of. They showed me the other birds they care for and I so appreciated the visit. I just love love birds so getting to see other species there made my day.
I also got to meet Tofu (who was the bird that was bird napped). So happy to see that Tofu was returned safely and watching him dance with Max ☺️.
Also just saw that Plato has been returned as well. Yay!!

“Found their business offered in a Business Directory insert. I reached out to them for a quote on cat grooming and they answered promptly and was able to give me an appointment within a day of my inquiry! Prior to this, I was looking at PetSmart but a lot of their grooming appointments were weeks away and a longer drive. I went in and did a quick consult as to what I wanted. My cat Midnight is a stray my family took in recently and I informed them we weren’t sure how he would do with a bath but if it’s possible, we would want a bath for him. I also requested deshedding, a trim esp on the underside of him, and nail trimming. They were done within an hour, and told me they were able to give him a bath! They also warned me that while trimming his nails, they noticed some green stuff in his front paws and suggested getting it looked at, which I greatly appreciated. Midnight never looked so good or clean as after this service! Definitely will be a repeat customer! Staff from checkin, grooming, and checkout were friendly and efficient.”

“The employees are helpful. But they didn't have the pet stairs we were looking for. And didn't have the special bling fancy type of collar we were looking for. We wanted the first collar to be special for our new puppy, it's like a babies first shoes. But we did find some cool glow in the dark balls that we did buy and the puppy loves them.”

Happy to report this store has a good selection of pet merchandise and food. I picked up a Canada Pooch cooling vest that was on end of summer sale. Hope to visit again the next time we have lunch in town.”
“We prefer going to this PetSmart even though there is a petco close to us. They have a huge selection of dog food, toys, collars etc for our golden doodle.
We were actually surprised when their 30 pound bags of puppy chow were cheaper than Walmart! And always in stock.
We can take our dog in with us and she loves going there, especially the treat, chews, and toy aisles!”

Their recommendations and care and concern have helped my dog, Lucy, get the best food and treats for her health. Her skin is shinier and she sheds less and she is so much healthier thanks for Walnut Creek / South California Blvd, store. “Worth the drive from Pleasant Hill!
Our two bro/sis rescue tiny pups had it rough from the start. We have been taking them weekly for their puppy socialization classes. Because they are bonded it was suggested we take them separately- which was the right call.
They are making great progress little by little.
The staff is also kind and very helpful!

“I originally had an appointment for July 3, 2025 because they were fully booked until then. I had asked Bailey if she could call me if they had any cancellations. She called me the next morning, June 21, to say they had a 9 AM opening and could see Jasper then. Kim, the veterinary assistant, was wonderful with Jasper. Dr. Machowski was also great. He explained what Jasper‘s symptoms could possibly mean and was very good with him. Overall, Jasper has had excellent care at this clinic and the staff is wonderful.”

“Kaitlin was a fantastic groomer. We’re highly satisfied with the haircut she gave to our dogs. Our dogs had really long hair, and it got horribly tangled and their hair condition got bad after staying at dog sitter’s house for 2 weeks. Kaitlin took care all the hair concerned we had with our dogs and she brushed their teeth very nicely. We were very impressed with the result and very grateful for her service. 10/10!”
