“I live out of town and had a flat tire that AAA couldn't handle. AAA put enough air in the tire so I could drive to the only place open late on a Sunday. Josh helped me. He was kind, and kept me updated on the progress. At first he said that they couldn't fix the tire and I needed a new one but they didn't have any of my size. I knew there was an issue with my spare which is another story. Josh assured me that they try to do whatever it takes to get me on the road so I can get home. Josh kept his promise, fixed my tire and I was on my way. Great job.”
