I reached out online to a couple of repair shops for estimates on a paint repair job, and two of them didn't respond. Then I remembered reading about a highly recommended place on a neighborhood Facebook group. I reached out to California Collision, and they replied right away. Their warm communication made it an easy decision to drop by for an in-person estimate.

From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how welcoming everyone was. The owner, George, personally introduced himself, came outside to inspect the damage, and took the time to walk me through every repair option available. He clearly laid out all the trade-offs, breaking everything down in a completely open and honest way.

I admit I was nervous going in. The last time I had auto body repair done elsewhere, the final bill somehow doubled from the initial estimate, and I left feeling taken advantage of. George completely turned that experience around. Seeing his level of integrity, hard work, and transparency was so encouraging. It is rare to find a repair shop you truly trust, and I’m beyond grateful I found California Collision.
