I called Hertz for a rental and was waiting on hold for almost 40 mins and she called them up and got right through and helped me get a car within a few minutes. “10 ⭐️ For Mike Sutton and Bobby Padilla at BMW Pleasanton!! I am a Hospice Chaplain and spend a lot of my day in my car driving to see patients. It is an exhausting and emotional job that requires a lot of driving. Three years ago I leased a BMW X3 from Mike when he was in sales (he’s now a finance manager) and he was fantastic! When it was time to turn in that car i went to a BMW near my home in Emeryville and i was treated so poorly that i left in tears. I called Mike Sutton in a panic and he offered to help. Mike brought in Bobby Padilla and they introduced me to the perfect car for me! They treated me with such respect and professionalism that I can’t imagine going anywhere else Ever! “I had an amazing experience today at Walmart Auto Care. After finishing my grocery shopping at Walmart and heading back to my car, I discovered that one of my car tires was flat. Luckily, I spotted the Walmart Auto Care section, and despite it being time for the staff to finish work, they were still there to help.Jerianna, one of the auto care staff, assisted me in fixing the car. Even though it was already their off-duty time, Jerianna patiently explained everything in detail and even offered my son soda and snacks while we waited.
