“I recently went to Crash Champions Collision Repair after my car was hit right outside my community, and I arrived feeling stressed and in a bad mood. But my experience changed quickly thanks to the staff there. The lady at the front desk (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) was incredibly patient and took the time to explain each step of the repair process, even when I felt too overwhelmed to think clearly.
Their team was professional, efficient, and completed the work even one day ahead of the expected date. They replaced my front bumper and lights, and the results were excellent. The attention to detail was incredible. They repaired all of the damage going above and beyond what was expected.
In March 2025, I drove through a large puddle of yellow industrial paint. I did not realize this until I got to my next stop. A few days later, I went back and took lots of photos of the intersection where the spilled paint was to document this for my car insurance.
My insurance agreed they should cover this damage. I did visit another auto-body shop before going to B & S.
Only because my insurance required me to visit one of their shops first. It was clear that was not a good fit for me.
So I decided to go to B & S.
My car dealership, Lexus Of Pleasanton, highly recommends B & S .
I can now see why. They made my car look brand new. They removed every spec of paint that was splattered all along the passenger side of my car and underneath.
I paid extra to have my entire car polished. This way my car would look amazing from top to bottom. They did such a good job. Aaron and Jesus were so meticulous and professional. They communicated with me every step of the way. I got my car back exactly when they said .
The cost for the job was exactly what they said it would be. This is the only place I would ever take my car. You will not be disappointed.”

“Jad was super helpful, generous with his time, and wasn't about the money. Came here for a second opinion on a kind of mysterious issue. Jad said he can take a look real quick and see if he can figure out the issue before charging a diagnostic fee like most shops do straight away. He and another mechanic seemed to figure out the issue and then he gave some advice based on his experience about whether it's worth getting it fixed or not. He actually said it wasn't given all the info like how much I drive, cost of repairs, value of car, etc. All this for free. Definitely going back here if have anything that actually needs to get done. Highly recommended.”
“Fantastic experience with these guys. I just moved to Pleasanton and then my transmission went out. I have a good friend in Modesto who owns a transmission shop. I called them to ask if the price I was given from Pleasanton Transmission was reasonable. He told me that it was actually surprisingly low, and I needed to be sure that everything was included. It turns out that everything was indeed included. Very fair prices, and they seem to have done a great job with my transmission repair!
The owner came to me afterwards and shook my hand and thanked me for my business.
No complaints whatsoever and their professionalism made a really bad situation a lot more tolerable.”

I'm pretty basic with what wanted and they did an AMAZING job! The turn around was pretty quick. Staff was super responsive and friendly.I highly recommend Supreme Auto Film. “I highly, highly recommend this place to everyone. Ed is an honest person and business man. He doesn't jerk you around or scam you into un needed repairs. I took my car in for brakes because it is about time for them to be replaced and I was hearing the metal on the rotor from the pads (or so I thought) turns out Mercedes-Benz of Pleasanton just sabatoged my brakes when I had them done there, as an employee btw. Anyhow, I ended up finding out I still have 40% pads Benz of Pleasanton just didn't do them right so I have had to deal with the squeaking and now grinding sound when I brake, but, I do need tires , I have a bent rim and another rim with slight damage which both need to be replaced. This is due to Dublin VW and Benz of Pleasanton sabatoging my car during repairs. Ed let me know aboit the legit issues that need to be addressed, so now I have a honest mechanic whom I trust to take care of my car. This means alot for a female who actually knows how to work on cars herself (dad taught me growing up) so for those of you who need a honest mechanic with good prices I highly recommend this place!”
