They even text me a video of my car as it was getting inspected and oil changed. East Bay BMW is the only place that does that. They wash my car after .

“Jad was super helpful, generous with his time, and wasn't about the money. Came here for a second opinion on a kind of mysterious issue. Jad said he can take a look real quick and see if he can figure out the issue before charging a diagnostic fee like most shops do straight away. He and another mechanic seemed to figure out the issue and then he gave some advice based on his experience about whether it's worth getting it fixed or not. He actually said it wasn't given all the info like how much I drive, cost of repairs, value of car, etc. All this for free. Definitely going back here if have anything that actually needs to get done. Highly recommended.”
“THANK YOU to Gran at Beratlis Automotive. I was told by a dealer that my Ford Explorer (only has 68K miles on it) had a leak in the timing cover and I should fix that and of course they suggested that the water pump and timing chain be replaced. Estimated cost $4100+Something did not seem right. So went to Gran at Beratlis as he was highly recommended, and now I know why. He showed me that there was NO LEAK anywhere on the timing cover. It was completely dry. Saved myself a fortune and have to thank Gran once again for his help and honesty. He is now my go to mechanic for Ford.”
“Fantastic experience with these guys. I just moved to Pleasanton and then my transmission went out. I have a good friend in Modesto who owns a transmission shop. I called them to ask if the price I was given from Pleasanton Transmission was reasonable. He told me that it was actually surprisingly low, and I needed to be sure that everything was included. It turns out that everything was indeed included. Very fair prices, and they seem to have done a great job with my transmission repair!
The owner came to me afterwards and shook my hand and thanked me for my business.

“If you have to have a windshield replaced (which is a bummer, especially on my car that's less than a year old), this is THE place to do the job!
I was very impressed with Perfection Auto Glass from start to finish! I spoke with Sean and Laurie on the phone, and they were both nice, professional, and helpful. Laurie even offered to help me file the claim with my insurance company; and by help me, I mean she called them (conference call with me) and answered all their questions. Of course, there were a few questions I had to answer also, but really she made it so easy.
When I dropped my car off this morning, Sean was expecting me. He said it would be done around noon, and it was. And most importantly, he did a great job!

“I bought a new Toyota Corolla SE and didn't want him to get basic scratches and dings, so I googled some places and ended up being referred by a friend to check out Supreme Auto Film.Based on what I was looking for, they suggested PPF and tint. I'm pretty basic with what wanted and they did an AMAZING job! The turn around was pretty quick. Staff was super responsive and friendly.I highly recommend Supreme Auto Film. “(12/5/2023) Went to Valley Tire to replace the busted front left tire of my Mazda. Polo gave me a very reasonable quote, and I ended up replacing all four tires which were way overdue for replacement. They did not push for additional sales and it was me who requested the total tire change (to grab the bargain!). The owner Brandon Elliot dropped other work he was doing and joined the work and the job was done quickly while I stood watching.Summary: Excellent value, quality work, quick response, being honest and sincere!! To get there, you have to drive toward the end of Bush Street. It is a garage instead of a 'shop'. The signage is not obvious. There is no online reservation system. Given that they also provide truck maintenance and tires, make sure you know the tire numbers of the tires you want. （usually, the number is on the inside of the passenger door frame）No lounge for you to sit in and no coffee while you wait. But they save all that expenses to reflect on the price of the products and services. I highly recommend it.”

“I highly, highly recommend this place to everyone. Ed is an honest person and business man. He doesn't jerk you around or scam you into un needed repairs. I took my car in for brakes because it is about time for them to be replaced and I was hearing the metal on the rotor from the pads (or so I thought) turns out Mercedes-Benz of Pleasanton just sabatoged my brakes when I had them done there, as an employee btw. Anyhow, I ended up finding out I still have 40% pads Benz of Pleasanton just didn't do them right so I have had to deal with the squeaking and now grinding sound when I brake, but, I do need tires , I have a bent rim and another rim with slight damage which both need to be replaced. This is due to Dublin VW and Benz of Pleasanton sabatoging my car during repairs. Ed let me know aboit the legit issues that need to be addressed, so now I have a honest mechanic whom I trust to take care of my car. This means alot for a female who actually knows how to work on cars herself (dad taught me growing up) so for those of you who need a honest mechanic with good prices I highly recommend this place!”
