“Raleys Pharmacy in Pleasanton is the best pharmacy I have ever used. We have used this pharmacy for 27 years with occasional use of others when out of town. Raleys Pleasanton is by FAR the most well run, efficient, pharmacy with the most responsive, friendly, and attentive employees of all.

The manager, Majid, has been advising us for years and years any time we have questions about our meds. He always remembers everything about us, who is taking what, our vaccines, etc. he simply knows us. This level of personal service was something we counted on and were so grateful for. Maria has been there for years and knows is well. She always says hello. The service has always been so personal at Raleys, we know we matter.

We recently moved away and I miss everyone at Raleys pharmacy. No other pharmacy serves us with the care and detailed attention to our needs like Majid and his crew have.

“I have been a Kaiser member since 1968. I have always been more than satisfied with their service and expertise. I have had 5 operations through Kaiser, 2 babies born through Kaiser, one baby hospitalized at a year old, both children under Kaiser pediatrics all through their childhoods, years of preventative care etc. I have always found the doctors caring. My primary care doctor for the last 10 years spends lots of time with me and even responds to my e-mails on a Sunday night! Of course, Kaiser is a big operation and sees a lot of people. Sometimes I do have to wait, but that happens under non-Kaiser doctors too. There simply are not enough doctors for all of us needing them. I think Kaiser gets a bad rap. It is convenient, clean, caring, and has excellent doctors.”

“My go to location for all my vaccinations. Nice pharmacy to sit in my neighborhood.Update: Do avoid their photo printing service. Pure white background turned out to be rainbows… And worst of all, the photo wasn’t auto fitted to the size (4x6), though it is strictly 2:3. Go to the other pharmacy; you know who I’m talking about.”

“This review is for my experience at the bakery. First off, yes i admit I love Safeway birthday cake lol. It's a nostalgic thing for my family and we get it for at least 1-2 birthdays a year. It used be a simple task ordering a cake from my local Fremont Safeway but now they're ALWAYS fully booked and in general have a super rude/bad attitude and declining quality in their cakes. This location is somewhat near my work and I ordered from here once since Fremont was fully booked and the folks at the bakery department went out of their way to make a special design for my sisters birthday and it tasted SO good! Even my family members who aren't into safeway cakes loved the cake and were shocked it was from Safeway. Though it's a bit out of the way for me, I always order from here now and appreciate the quality and service for special days!”
