“I am always worried buying shoes because it takes a few days to really know if they fit. I got a pair here, but after wearing them a few days I got blisters. Unfortunately I had misplaced the receipt. I brought them back. The staff was extremely helpful, the search all the receipts on the day that I bought them until they found it and made sure I got a full refund. Thank you, guys.”

I called in with only a style number of a hat that I wanted from a another location but unfortunately didn't have the size I needed. Albert patiently took the time to search multiple locations to help me. Unfortunately, the hat that I wanted and the size that I needed was not available anymore but he went above and beyond. He found a hat that was super similar & even the correct colors that I am about to purchase. I appreciate you for taking the time to assist me. Customer service like this is the reason why
I chose to spend my money with this company. I don't know much about hats, but it was a gift for a friend. And he was able to understand everything I was trying to explain lol. “I visited this store with my daughter, who is now 3, because I remember it from when I was a kid in HS; I came frequently back then and decided I wanted my daughter to have a custom skateboard so I brought her in because I knew they offered that.

As it turns out; staff was helpful and courteous and also were very accommodating to the other customers coming and going. They seemed to multi task very effectively while also exclusively building my daughter her new skateboard.

I'd say that the Lady who helped me personally is an asset to this store. Definitely.

“I had a wonderful experience yesterday when shopping with my daughter. We needed a bra fitting and were directed back to the fitting rooms by the manager. The girl working was great and grabbed my daughter a couple bras to try and we ended up buying 2 since they were such a good deal. Wish I had gotten her name. The manager even checked in with us when we came out to make sure we found what we needed. Will definitely being shopping here again!”

“Skip the Livermore Outlets and head straight to the Stoneridge Mall location! I visited the Livermore Outlets yesterday morning and was disappointed to find that I wasn’t acknowledged once, despite there being multiple employees on the floor. While I could have sought someone out, the lack of a simple greeting made me decide to take my business elsewhere. I headed to the Stoneridge Mall location instead, and I am so glad I did.

Andrea deserves 5 stars for her exceptional customer service. Her proactive attitude and genuine attention to the customer are what keep physical stores relevant in an era dominated by online shopping. I went in to use one store credit and left with an extra outfit. Andrea is the reason I’ll be a loyal regular at this location from now on!”
