“Fast and excellent service. Took in my wheels to get the hubs serviced, I told them to replace whatever was needed and at the end all was needed was a the servicing nothing else. They could have replaced parts I didn't need but they didn't and I respect the honesty. My wheel spin like new.”
“Pedal Barn Bikes is a gem, a bit hidden inside Carbon Canyon, but also next to a cool coffee shop, (when there opened). Mike is one of the best mechanics in the business, takes the time to explain what may be the issues on your bike, and gives options for repairs. He's meticulous and they stand by their work.Cindy is also very helpful on bikes and gear, providing a good price on a new Giant Trance, (aluminum) mt bike, which I've had almost no issues with after a year of riding.The place is a bit cluttered, but they still have bikes, parts & accessories, even some used gear priced well. It's still tough for shops to get the inventory they would like & need, but they'll do they best to provide it.As mentioned in other reviews, you could even ride right from the shop to a couple trails, but you will begin climbing right on of the gate. There generally open Thur-Sun. Btw, the owners & Mike all ride at a high level, and have decades of experience. Highly recommend this shop.”

“Camping at G Bonelli and decided to ride our bikes to Ace. When we finished shopping I noticed a large staple in my hub tire. With a flat tire I googled bike shop near me. We pumped up the tire and rode the two minutes to E Bike. We were greeted warmly and immediately took us in and solved all my problems. They had a tube for me then installed the tube at a reasonable price. Very nice and knowledgeable staff.”

I knew nothing about my bike, had no idea what it needed, and was super afraid of being judged going into a bike store. She was supportive and encouraging in my bike journey and it has made me feel so much better. I got the flat pack and bringing my bike here for a flat repair has been so so easy. I even didn't know how to use my bike pump, brought it in, and Amal showed me how to use it without judgement for how silly my question was. Love it here!”

“It's been a long time since I've felt like I've been into a local store and received excellent customer service. It seems like it's gone by the wayside, especially in the bike industry. COVID brought us into a whole new world when it came to buying a bike, especially a high end bike. Typically no one has any sort of inventory to think of especially in my size. But that's where I was completely taken by surprise by Aaron at Incycle. First off he helped me find a bike in my size, and it was the color I actually wanted on top of that. He said he could get it transferred to the store so I could actually touch it and see if I liked it. There was no pressure or commitment to buy it. He said, "if you don't like it, don't buy it!" I really felt like he just wanted to see me happy and with the bike that I wanted. Throughout the buying process he kept in touch with me, but it wasn't in an overbearing way, just making sure I felt I was being taken care of. When it came to actually purchasing the bike it was the best buying experience I've ever had. Like many industries right now, it's a buyers market. I would buy a bike from him again in a heartbeat. He's not just a guy selling bikes, he's become a friend.”
