The guys are relaxed and ready to help with whatever you need. They install new windshield wipers for free and they do it quickly and even if it's raining. They also know what they have in stock and exactly where to find it in the store. Which is a big help if you don't know exactly what you're looking for. Please get your automotive repair needs from Base auto and keep your local dollars local.”
“Had my a/c recharged and a transmission service. They were very professional and welcoming. Seems like they really take pride in their work. Even though my a/c only lasted for two weeks I took my truck back and they fixed the leak and recharged it again under warranty which was awesome. I usually take my truck to the stealership and they don’t even come close to DMC. Highly recommended as they treat you more like family rather than just another customer.”

“Always very courteous and helpful. Steve came out to my car and put a loose hose back on so car would pass smog check and charged nothing. Had 2 flats repaired and tires rotated. Only problem was 40 Lbs of air put in RF tire which I corrected at home. Overall I’ve always been very happy with Associated!”

“Just got finished here. Went for a second opinion after a dealer and a shop told me that a noise I was hearing in the car was "not safe" and would have to spend north of 1000$ to fix it. They took my car on a ride real quick, I tagged along. They then put it on lifts and looked at everything. Told me it was perfectly safe and annoying at most. Everything looked to be in safe working condition. They didn't so much as charge me a penny and sent me on my way. Honest work! I will be going here for all future concerns.”

I had an 8 AM appointment for basic oil change and tire rotation service, and they did not finish until 10:30 AM. I’ve had the service done many times, and it usually takes about an hour and a half, so I guess they were extra busy this day. I’ve purchased two trucks from Ventura Toyota, and I’m sure I’ll purchase my next one there too.”

“I arrived at this location without an appointment. Glen, at the front counter, greeted me and was very friendly and kind. I just wanted to get a brake inspection and nothing else. Within 10 minutes, Irvin the technician, took my vehicle for a test drive and then put it in the bay. After a few more minutes they were done and told me all was well with my truck. Their honesty and great customer service is the reason I am typing up this review. They didn't try to sell me anything else either.
