“They are next to my work, they have a lot of variety for a corner tmobile store if you need help upgrading lines, transferring data, or sending to other locations.
I would like to give a shout out to the assistant who helped me out named Ivana. It was only her and another person up front when I came to the store. I had my phone ordered and shipped to my house. All I needed help was transferring from my Sim card to the new phone since I kept the same line.
The people there are patient and considerate. I waited about 30 minutes just to get the z fold 7 properly finished on my end. They did not have any cases but it's okay. What's more important is the experience there and I do highly reccomend people to check their store.
I always stuck with tmobile for a while. They are fast and reliable. Might even consider their internet one of these days!”

I had an amazing experience at this T-Mobile store thanks to Martin! After spending time on the phone with customer service and having our phone activation completely messed up, we were told to go into the store for help.
Martin stepped in and immediately turned a frustrating situation into a positive one. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to make sure everything was set up correctly. Not only did he get our phones activated without any issues, but he also found us a better deal than what we originally had!
Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Martin went above and beyond to help us, and we left the store happy and with money saved. If you need assistance, I highly recommend asking for Martin. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier!”

“Loved my experience here. Joshua was the associate who helped my brother and I. He was incredibly helpful and patient! We walked in hoping to get me a new phone, ended up walking out with new lines for my family, and six brand new devices. You know the deals were great if we were able to convince my old, stubborn dad to join the plan. Marvin (I hope this is correct) the supervisor, was the other gentleman who helped us. They both made sure we left feeling happy, I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell us something- just genuinely wanted us to get what we could out of the experience. “I was locked out of my google account and visited 4 stores but none could help me get back in . The girl in this store took 10 minutes and resolved my issue. I have this google account since 20 years and don’t want to loose it as all my pictures and data were stored in it. If not for her I couldn’t have gained the access back. It was showing that the account will be deleted in 27 days. She helped me when I lost hope. Definitely my favorite place. They don’t force you to buy something that you don’t want to and they help you going out of their way. Best experience till now.”
