However, we have to say the personal service that we received in person by Joshua at the Porter Ranch, CA store has been amazing! He has gone above and beyond what we’ve ever seen a Verizon employee do in helping us upgrade. A huge shout out and thank you to Joshua!”
“I see some pretty bad reviews but I had them for 7 yrs without issue. My box went out once and an AT&T rep was right out to fix it. My bill would only go up a few dollars compared to the big boys who love the promotional game. Finally switched to go with Tmobile for $20 less a month. I have 4 teens too so we stream a lot. Only around 5pm would there be some lag but not too bad.”
