“I just want to give a huge shoutout to Celinda. We came in to purchase 80 gifts cards! She was so sweet about it & was so careful.After she was done and I was ready to pay we can into card trouble. She didn’t seem annoyed or over us. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness, help, and patience.”
“Update- The "manager" (I thought) in my previous review is actually the supervisor and her name is Angie. Although, she wasn't helpful (I haven't forgotten her rude customer service).. But I am changing my review to reflect the entire store (overall) and not just my one experience with Angie. I do still like going to this ROSS because I've been helped by other workers who were kind & helpful. I also like how open it is and fairly organized.”
“This Walmart is generally well run. It's clean and well organized, though that includes pallets in the aisles in place of displays, sometimes. They've been short staffed lately, but not horribly so. Their credit card machines always have trouble with my Chase debit card, which happens nowhere else, so they need to fix those.”
“I’ve had 3 custom cakes made at the Poway Walmart Bakery. The bakery ladies are awesome and are super helpful. The “boy bye” was definitely my favorite. The piping was super crisp. The other two cakes, I felt like the piping around the borders and writing wasn’t as neat. But you can’t beat the price. I love making a strawberry compote and syrup to accompany the cake.
Back again with another cake order. This time it was for my friend’s baby shower. Cake came out super cute!”
