“Am very happy about costco Customer Service always Specially today at Poway tech center Dr. Here is the thing what happened to me .I did eye exam last week and order one prescription Lens . After a week they texted me to pickup the glass . Unfortunately the glass didn't great that much as well it didn't fit me well when I wear it truly uncomfortable. So I went back after two days and talk to optical department and explained what happened and what options I have either to return or exchange. And the eyeglass department manager named Kiev She Came up with No Solution and I have to keep it the glass . So bad $200 glass Spent for nothing . Even anywhere they give you 30 days exchange or refund option if you don't like it why not Costco ? This is the Best place for Customer Satisfaction no one else reached it . I called Costco Manager to Solve my Situation , to be honest I even not Stayed for 2 minutes to Solve and make me happy again for Costco Customer Service. You are So great Sir .This 5 Star Award is Yours. Really appreciated. I always love Costco!!”

“This Poway location is the best in San Diego. It's not crowded and always stocked with everyday items and more. I just love how their lanes are big and wide so you can freely browse and stock up your cart on needed items and items that you might not need. It's a win if I can get out of Costco for under $100. Their staff is always friendly and courteous. I love their 100% customer satisfaction refund policy. I also, like their easy-access gas station where you can actually get gas without the long lines.”

“It may look small from the outside but the inside has quite a lot of merchandise. They're candy selection is standard but they shine in the drinks and miscellaneous items section. Also if you're into chewing tobacco this place has like everything. Pouches, snuff, long cut, straight, and a huge amount of flavors. They have an above par selections of cigarettes. Its in a quite and safe neighborhood with a friendly staff and clean interior.”

“This is a decent gas station in a busy plaza with Starbucks, McDonalds, Vons, Pressed Juicery, and Rubios. It is convenient they have a drive through car wash. Cheapest car wash is $9 a pop. If you plan on coming weekly, or more than 2 times a month, there is an option for a monthly car wash plan for $19 a month. There are different prices depending on what your needs are. Cool that they offer it.Overall, no issues with this place but wish they refilled the water and replaced the squeegees more often.”

“Not too busy for a Saturday night. I was able to pull right up and get my gas (which seemed cheaper here then the other one down the road.) I also like that it sits on a corner and so getting back onto the main roads is hassle-free. The place was cleaner than I remember from my previous visits and the guy at the register was very nice and professional. Thank you Chevron for stepping up your customer service game! Will be going back!”
