“This is my go to Gas station as it is close to my work and I go in very early. I do not have issues finding a spot to pull up and fill up. It is welcoming to always see the same female attendant. She is reliable, always smiling and says hello.
I think if I had one criticism it would be that occasionally it is shut down for maintenance. Costco has APPS, and websites, but never provides when this maintenance will occur or for how long. I would think that adding these maintenance stoppage to the APP, to customer's know in advance and when it will be operational again...would be amazing and then 5 star worthy! ?”

“This review is not just for the gas station but specifically for their employee Kathy! She is the kindest woman, always greeting us with a smile and asking about our day with the biggest smile and sweetest demeanor. She always decorates the place for holidays and genuinely cares about the customers. This station specifically I've run into issues with employees attitude towards customers including myself and those standing in front of me in line but not Kathy, KATHY IS THE BEST! As a Poway local who has gone to this station since I was 7 years old there have been lots of changes but I hope Kathy sticks around because me and those I know appreciate her so much!”

“Love the new click the link and pay ahead for your prescriptions. You will find this accessible in the text you receive when your prescription is ready. It's so quick and easy. Tip, complete the transaction before you go to pick up your prescription otherwise if in line there will be a delay for the payment to transact which means you wait (I found out the hard way). My service at this location has always been as expected so no complaints.”

“Not too busy for a Saturday night. I was able to pull right up and get my gas (which seemed cheaper here then the other one down the road.) I also like that it sits on a corner and so getting back onto the main roads is hassle-free. The place was cleaner than I remember from my previous visits and the guy at the register was very nice and professional. Thank you Chevron for stepping up your customer service game! Will be going back!”
“This is a decent gas station in a busy plaza with Starbucks, McDonalds, Vons, Pressed Juicery, and Rubios. It is convenient they have a drive through car wash. Cheapest car wash is $9 a pop. If you plan on coming weekly, or more than 2 times a month, there is an option for a monthly car wash plan for $19 a month. There are different prices depending on what your needs are. Cool that they offer it.Overall, no issues with this place but wish they refilled the water and replaced the squeegees more often.”

“The Costco in Poway is great. Good parking, nice staff, lots of goodies. We go there because they have great fruit. They also have good bargins on bulb flowers in the spring.”
